摘要:
This article investigates the durability properties of mortar containing three types of silanes as integral additives. Compared with the plain mortar, mortar samples with silanes exhibited better performance when subjected to freezing-thawing cycles and chemical and carbonation corrosion. The addition of silanes also results in the formation of chemical bonding across the interface, which is helpful for improving crack resistance. Additionally, mortar samples with γ-Glycidoxypropyl methyldimethoxysilane (GDMMS) show better freezing-thawing resistance and chemical corrosion resistance than do mortar samples with γ-aminopropytriethoxysilane and 3-(Trimethoxysilyl)propyl methacrylate, because of the more effective interface between the GDMMS and mortar. For mortar samples with silanes, the effect of the types and quantity of silanes on the crack resistance of mortar and carbonation corrosion is not obvious. Scanning electron microscopy images show that silanes perform the networking and “coupling” effect to hold mortar particles, resulting in the improvement of mortar durability. 摘要:
抗折性和抗压性是地聚合物砂浆强度性能的主要参量,通过分别将水泥掺量,激固比(碱激发与胶凝材料的质量比)和砂率作为不同变量的试验,来检测地聚合物砂浆的抗折抗压强度,分析地聚合物砂浆强度的变化规律,研究确定较为通用的地聚合物材料设计配比.由试验数据显示,水泥掺量、激固比、胶砂比的最优配比可以使得偏高岭土基地聚合物砂浆强度增大.

摘要:
In this study, paraffin (PA)/expanded perlite (EP) form-stable phase change material (PCM) was first fabricated using the direct impregnation method without vacuum treatment. Absorptive capacity results showed that the PA/EP composite can obtain good absorptive capacity with the temperature 80 °C and the time 2 h. Compared with the water absorption of EP, the decrease in the water absorption of PA/EP form-stable proved that the absorption of PA into porous EP has been carried out successfully. Scanning electron microscope (SEM) and Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) results show that paraffin can be well impregnated into EP pores and has good compatibility with it. Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) results reveal that paraffin/EP composite PCM has melting temperature and latent heat of 53.6 °C and 91.3 J/g, respectively. The durability cycles results suggest that form-stable PA/EP PCM shows good durability. © 2018, © 2018 Informa UK Limited, trading as Taylor & Francis Group.

摘要:
The aim of this work is to investigate the influence of rice husk (RH) on the properties of mortar. Two different RH were used as integral additives in the mortar samples: Direct natural RH addition to the mortar and the use of pretreated RH. The results of such modification are described, taking into consideration the interaction between the RH and mortar. In addition, the physical properties, visual observation and microstructure of mortar prepared with different amount of modified RH were experimentally studied. The test results indicated that modification of RH enhanced the interaction between the RH and mortar because of the impurities removal and rougher surface. Comparing with the natural RH, the modification of RH increases the density and the mechanical properties. The addition of RH can increase the pore number of the mortar mixture, resulting in decrease in the density and mechanical properties of mortar. Morphology characterization results showed that the modification of RH results in an improvement in the interaction between the RH and mortar and further increase in RH content increases the number of pores in the mortar structure. © 2018 by ASTM International.

摘要:
采用钠基膨润土对水泥砂浆进行改性,制备了钠基膨润土改性水泥砂浆,系统地研究了不同掺量比的钠基膨润土对新拌水泥砂浆基本性能的影响,并采用SEM对其微观形貌进行观察分析。结果表明:在新拌水泥砂浆中,随着掺入的钠基膨润土掺量的增加,新拌砂浆的湿密度、稠度、流动性能有所降低,但其保水性能逐渐增加并趋于稳定。

摘要:
The morphology of rice husk ash (RHA) samples obtained at 400°C in a vertical high temperature furnace was characterized by scanning electron microscopy, and the effect of RHA on the mechanical behavior of cement mortar was studied. The RHA sample is slightly grey in color and there are some black particles. RHA samples have many sheets that are vertically and horizontally interlaced. The effect of RHA on the compressive and flexural strengths test for cement mortar has been investigated. The water absorption, mortar consistency, dry bulk density, and water permeability were tested. The compressive and flexural strengths decreased with the replacement of RHA. The mortar consistency improved, and water absorption increased. The dry bulk density of cement mortar decreased, and the water permeability increased. Because RHA is a resource containing properties that have the potential for categorizing it as waste, the comprehensive utilization of RHA is significant for improving environmental protection and gaining economic benefits.<br/> Copyright ©2018 by ASTM International

摘要:
抗冻性和抗渗性是水泥砂浆耐久性的重要指标,通过抗冻融试验和抗渗试验系统论证了水泥砂浆中加入稻壳灰对其耐久性的影响,实验结果得出:水泥砂浆中加入稻壳灰能改善混凝土的耐久性.由冻融试验数据可看出,稻壳灰的掺加使得稻壳灰水泥砂浆的抗冻性能提高,对稻壳灰水泥砂浆的抗压强度损失率有明显的降低作用,但是对稻壳灰水泥砂浆的平均质量损失率影响不大.当稻壳灰掺量恒定,随着稻壳燃烧温度由400℃升高到800℃时,稻壳灰水泥砂浆的最大渗水压力随之增大,800℃时稻壳灰水泥砂浆的抗渗性能最好.

摘要:
石膏基材料存在着耐水性差、强度偏低等缺点,目前通过不同途径提升其耐水性、强度和耐久性也已得到一些研究.作为水硬性胶凝材料,硅酸盐水泥则具有强度高、耐水性好等特点.因此,本文将硅酸盐水泥用于改善磷石膏砂浆的力学强度和耐水性能,重点研究了磷石膏掺量变化对水泥砂浆容重、稠度、抗折和抗压强度、凝结时间、软化系数等物理力学性能的影响,并结合电镜扫描进行微观机理分析.研究得出:磷石膏能显著地起到缓凝效果,磷石膏掺量为30%,磷石膏水泥砂浆的力学强度最佳,软化系数总结出磷石膏的加入能改善水泥基材料的耐水性.

摘要:
为给我国绿色建筑物业管理水平提供一个准确合理的评价标准,首先经过大量文献调查并进行比较研究,构建了针对于绿色建筑物业管理的综合评价体系,并引入区间层次分析法,运用区间判断矩阵求出各评价指标的权重,然后结合灰色Euclid理论进行灰色相对Euclid加权关联度的计算与排序,对绿色建筑物业管理水平进行评级,并找出影响绿色建筑物业管理水平的关键影响因素。最后选择具体事例,利用建立的模型对绿色建筑物业管理水平进行评价,结果证明该模型具有一定的有效性和合理性,为我国现阶段绿色建筑物业管理的综合评价提供了一种新方法。

摘要:
The article aimed mainly to research the influence of silicane on the hydration mechanism of cement paste containing different dosages silicane using Standard consistency water consumption, the setting time, fluidity, porosity and the degree of hydration test. Meanwhile, the Micro-structures mechanism of cement paste were researched by the Fourier transform-infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), X-ray diffraction (XRD), Nitrogen-absorption and Scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Modified cement paste specimens were prepared by adding 1%, 3% and 5% silicane into control cement paste, respectively. the Standard consistency water consumption and the setting time were evaluated using Vicat apparatus. Non-evaporable water content was employed to assess the degree of hydration of the cement paste. The fluidity of cement paste specimens was characterized using flow table apparatus. Experimental results showed that for the silicane and mix designs used in the article, the incorporation of silicane generally increased the fluidity, porosity and setting time, however, decreased the degree of hydration and Standard consistency water consumption compared with the control cement paste. In addition, the analysis of XRD, FT-IR, Nitrogen-absorption test and SEM revealed the hydration mechanism and the connection between macroscopic and micro-mechanism of cement paste incorporating different dosages silicane. © 2018 Elsevier Ltd

Ordinary concrete was modified with additions of superabsorbent polymers (SAPs). Research was conducted to assess the weight loss ratio from cyclic freeze-thaw tests, the shrinkage ratio, and the sulfate attack resistance coefficient of compressive strength for the modified concrete. The results indicate that freeze-thaw resistance, shrinkage resistance, and sulfate attack resistance were greatly improved when compared to the control concrete. At the same time, the microstructure of concrete modified with SAPs was examined using scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The SEM results revealed a modification mechanism of the treated concrete. A study was conducted to verify the validity of silane as an additive by monitoring the corrosion behavior of silane-enhanced mortar. Silane coupling agents were used in varying proportions, and the effect of the coupling agent content on mortar properties was studied. The integral silane mortar additive was (γ-glycidoxypropyl) methyldimethoxysilane (KH560). River sand with a fineness modulus of 2.43 was used as the fine aggregate. A water/cement ratio of 0.4 was used for preparing mortar mixtures incorporating no silane (the reference sample), and 1, 3, and 5% silane. Distilled water was used to prepare the mortars.<br/>
