摘要:
The paper tried to build the classification model of cashew nuts and had analyzed the shape parameters of cashew nuts, and the paper concluded that there was a clear linear relationship between the length and height of cashew nuts and there was not a clear linear relationship between the length and thickness of cashew nuts or between the height and thickness of cashew nuts. Because of the restrictions of classification movement of cashew nuts, we could choose the length of cashew nuts to replace height of cashew nuts as key parameters of classification. Therefore, we could determine respectively three sizes of 18 mm, 28 mm and 42 mm as the length of long circular sieve of the classification machine. To solve the problem of the nonlinear relationship between thickness and length or height of cashew nuts, the paper analyzed the correlation between thickness of cashew nuts and breadth of long circular sieve. Finally the paper identified 19 mm width as long circular sieve.

摘要:
To improve the using life of screw, the paper focused on the research about microhardness and wear resistance of surface detonation spraying coat. The detonation spraying surface was important to extend the wear resistance of screw of low temperature screw press machine. The paper analyzed the phase composition and microstructure data of surface detonation spraying coat and tested the microhardness of coat and combination intensity between coat and substrate, and did contrasting wear resistance experiment between detonation spraying coat and traditional coat. The data analysis results showed that the wear resistance of detonation spraying coat was far beyond traditional coat and the detonation spraying coat would improve the using life of key screw of low temperature screw press machine.

Urban underground pipeline was an important part of urban public infrastructure, and it was lifeline of cities. Application research of urban underground pipeline management information system also was important to urban underground pipeline manager, and we could manage underground pipeline efficiently when we depended on 3D technology. The paper introduced data model of pipeline network, and introduced how to establish basic 3D objects class of urban underground pipeline management information system. We realized the 3D underground pipeline network and completed the query and network analysis of underground pipeline. Finally the paper provided a preview and conclusion of underground pipeline management information system.
