摘要：
With China's entry into WTO, engineering management major faces opportunities and challenges. In view of the problems existing in the training mode of engineering management talents in China, the paper discusses engineering management major talent cultivation target, mode and talent's knowledge structure on. It also puts forward engineering management cultivation programs which not only comply with the WTO rules, but also conform to the developing specialized subject regulations. The paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures for ensuring the personnel training mode smooth implementation.

Follows the economic globalization and the knowledge economy arrival, the traditional rigid management pattern is restricting the enterprise human resources innovation and the initiative seriously, the enterprise human resources only then implements the flexible management to be able to adapt the now environment of competition. The party and the country's fundamental policy can be implemented for the benefit of the people depends on the ability. to execute. For a long time, government departments and law enforcement departments there is a serious problem. Therefore, how to construct the government execution culture is a new problem in front of us. Because of poor government administrative ability, experience of how to construct the enterprises executive culture must be used for the establishment of an active government execution culture for reference. Expounds the administrative ability connotation, lists the causes of e-government lower efficiency. On this basis, put forward to strengthen the executive ability construction is an effective way to improve the efficiency of e-government. With the extensive application of electronic commerce in manufacturing enterprises, e-commerce the influence of operation is increasingly becoming the focus of academic and business circles on the basis, this paper probes into the influence of e-commerce on the operation of the enterprise for the manufacturing enterprises to correctly understand the performance of e-commerce to provide a little help. Green supply chain management is a kind of management way for construction industry.The purpose of this paper is to study on how to implement green supply chain management in the construction industry.This paper analyzes the construction industry situation impact on the development,though reviewing the implementation of the green supply chain management in U.S.A and China construction industry,this paper gives the construction industry a serial of application proposal of green supply chain.According to the green supply chain design and processes construction,construction industry can make full use of green supply chain management.Then,this paper analyzes the green supply chain management implementation in the construction industry faced with serious challenges,and puts forward the government and construction industry direction.

摘要：
There is little provision about construction in the assessment system for green building in China, but green construction plays an important role in green building and it is a trend that the assessment system for green building should include the green construction in China. Based on contrasts of evaluation standard for green building, combining with operation experiments of green Olympic building assessment system, difficulties in developing of green construction industry in China is proposed such as policy, time, concept and materials. Thus, popularizing measures for green construction are suggested, including extending standards for green building, establishing owner inspiriting system and building system, developing popularity effect of green construction.
