The movement model of self-adjusting bolt is built in this paper, then the kinematical and mechanical analysis is taken to determine the movement of bolt under the converters working condition.Via the mechanical model analysis of self-adjusting bolts, the load applied to the self-adjusting bolt support including the static weight load of converter and steel liquid, the tilting torque, the dynamic load produced by frequent startup, brake, impact, and the boiling of steel liquid is calculated to determine the distribution of load forcing on the three groups of the self-adjusting bolt. According to the results of stress analysis, the bolt facing tapping hole is the most dangerous when converter tilts 63°. The maximum torque is 281.5101tm.

The objective of this paper is to investigate the effect of rapid thermal cycling on microstructure and optical property (luminous flux and luminous efficiency) of high power light emitting diode (LED) by induction heating. Under an application of induction heating as rapid heating source, the specimens that were being non-operating and operating life tests in the experiment were rapidly heated and cooled based on a control system that employs a fuzzy logic algorithm, respectively. The optical performances, including luminous flux, luminous efficiency and radiant power of two kinds of LED specimens were compared and analyzed. It was found that the rapid thermal cycling have similar evident influence on them. The results showed that the color purity of LED was also descended, the correlated color temperature (CCT) was also risen, but their changing rate and extents are different. The high and low temperature distribution in LED chip was simulated by finite element modeling (FEM) which is helpful for the failure analysis and design of the reliability of the LED packaging. The microstucrue of LED chips are analyzed after different rapid thermal cycling time. The results are showed that rapid thermal cycling can affect greatly the LED properties and interface microstructures. All the results indicate that this approach to rapid thermal cycling by using rapid heating source is feasible to investigate the optical performance of high power LED, so it can also effectively verify the reliability of LED devices.

Therefore, how to design and test analysis of converter has been an important subject of industry research. Through the static centric calculation of converter, combining independent software, compute dynamic center and dynamic torque of mass in the process of sampling and the tapping of converter. The reliable operation of converter through qualitative analysis are guaranteed by taking necessary measures.

Based on the dynamic analysis of 5XF150/180 type grain cleaning machine, the two sieve bodies' boundary conditions for finite element analysis are determined. The natural frequency and vibration mode of sieve bodies were identified by modal analysis by the use of ANSYS Workbench. Based on the result of modal analysis to make harmonic response analysis, the steady-state kinetics characteristics under the actual working frequency can be determined. The results verify the reasonable of the design and selection of main dynamic parameters of vibrating screen.

In this paper the stress and stability of the domestic highest natural draft cooling tower under wind load, weight and temperature load are simulated by ANSYS. The wind load is proved to be the key load that must be considered in the stage of the design of a cooling tower. The maximum internal force is compressive stress and appears at the bottom, and the maximum buckling appears at the throat of the tower. The simulation result can be used to check the cooling tower during the design phase to avoid the accident.

Owing to the excellent tensile strength and corrosion-resistance of fiber reinforced unsaturated polyester composite, it is expected to solve the corrosion problem of building instead of steel bars in some special occasions. Bonding performance between concrete and FRP rebars was studied by pull-out test,the influences of the surface form, anchorage length and diameter of FRP rebar on bonding strength were discussed in detail.

摘要:
As an external shading facility for buildings, a new energy-saving external shutter is presented, which is intelligently controlled and without external power supply. The slats are driven by a motor which is powered by the third generation thin-film solar cells. The signals, which are measured by wind, light, rain and temperature sensors, are processed by a microcontroller system controlling the motor. According to a quick-response and high-efficiency control strategy, the movement of shutter is regulated to achieve the most comfortable indoor environment.

This paper discusses Fe50Cu50 composite powder mechanical alloying of morphology and solution condition, through to the mechanical alloying Fe50Cu50 after composite powder on scanning electron microscopy and distribution analysis has determined its morphology and Fe -Cu the solution conditions. The experimental results show that the ball mill 50 h, Fe50Cu50 composite powder particle size basically stable, size in a few microns or so, and Fe and Cu has fully fuses in together to form the uniform solid solution.

Cashew classification technology is tested by the method of orthogonal test in this paper, and it found the main factors, the trend and the optimum operating parameters of cashew classification by observing three factors of the sieve length, drum speed and the number of turns which influenced mixed-level rate and classification efficiency. We did regression analysis of test data by using SPSS software, and got the universal formula of cashews samples grading for cashews samples. The paper provided theoretical basis for the structural design and optimization of the operating parameters of the cashew grading machine.

A necessary and sufficient condition is proposed for the incremental mass and stiffness matrices that modify some eigenpairs while keeping other eigenpairs unchanged, which requires the knowledge of only the few eigenpairs to be modified of the original undamped vibration system. The application prospects are proposed based on this formulation.

The grinder perforated plate with bone-removal systems has a unique design to improve the quality of ground meat. The pressure distribution on the grinder knife/plate interface during grinding of meat was investigated. The peripheral pressure on meat grinder plates during operation was greater than at the center thus hard particles are collected at the low pressure point. The mechanical models on the perforated plate surface created in MATLAB 7.0 for linear programming, and the 3D model of the perforated plate created in Pro/E software were imported into ANSYS 9.0 software and a linear static finite element analysis was performed. The visual deflection patterns the part experiences under "real world" loading conditions were obtained so as to complete the security check of strength.

The internal structure of magnetorheological fluid could change under external magnetic field, as well as its dielectric constant and magnetic conductance. A theoretical model of electromagnetic wave propagation in MRF was established and the basic formula of transmissivity was deduced. Theoretical simulation shows that the electromagnetic wave transmissivity decreases with the increasing of dielectric constant of magnetorheological fluid, and increases with the magnetic permeability. Theoretical analysis indicates that the change of its structure and dielectric magnetic properties of MR fluids is the main cause for the fact that the transmittance could be adjusted under external magnetic field.

The quality of the plastic part depends on the material characteristics, the mold design, and the process parameters, one of which is more important. It involves many sub-design tasks that determine the cost and performance in the early conceptual mold layout design phase. Base-Cover was injection molded with acrylonitrile–butadiene–styrene (ABS)/polycarbonate (PC) [ABS/PC] alloy resin and its process parameters was analyzed by commercial Moldflow software. The optimum gate location and melt filling time were determined, and the optimum injection temperature was obtained by analyzing the shrinkage of the product after molding. An effective regression model was developed to determine the mathematical relationship between the process parameters (mold temperature, melt temperature, injection pressure, injection time, and cooling time) and the volumetric shrinkage by utilizing the analysis data.

The dynamic of a type of play equipment, Big Pendulum Hammer, was modeled and simulated in computer and the approach of natural coordinates was adopted to build its equation of motion. In order to obtain appropriate natural coordinates, a two-step selection method was chosen, which based on concept of natural coordinate system (NCS). The two-step method treats selecting natural coordinates for a rigid element as building an actual NCS which should be adapted from a standard NCS. In order to automate the process of adaptation for 18 rigid elements in the model of Big Pendulum Hammer, a four-step self-adaptation method was also adopted, which can help automate the selection of natural coordinates for multi-rigidbody systems.
