The heat-transfer tubes and tube-sheets are the most complicated pressure parts in PWR steam generator. For analyzing the stress of heat-transfer tubes and tube-sheets, the geometry model of heat-transfer tubes and tube-sheet was constructed. The finite element grids were generated by ANSYS. According to operating temperature, the temperature field and temperature stress were calculated with ANSYS. The results show that the maximum stress is located on the inner wall of juncture of heat-transfer tubes and tube-sheet. According to the operating conditions of heat-transfer tubes and tube-sheet, the operating stress was calculated with ANSYS. The results show that stress changes on the juncture of heat-transfer tubes and tube-sheet.

Rotary meat grinders with bone chip removal facilities are advanced meat mincing machinery, characterized by undesirable hard-particle separation from ground meat during grinding operations. The grinder plate with an involute spiral groove to facilitate removal of hard particles is developed. The perforated plate with bone chips removal facilities has a unique design including catcher groove, bone-collection chamber and bone-removal passage. Its 3D modeling in Pro/E software, machining process planning, milling path optimization, simulation based on MasterCAM and compiling post program were introduced and verified. The results indicated that adoption of CAD/CAM offers firms the potential to pursue new innovative strategies.

The images of rice obtained through the scanner are stored in the computer with BMP format. These color images are transformed into grayscale images which are enhanced through improved histogram equalization algorithm using computer image processing techniques. According to the histogram to find the optimal threshold, the gray images are transformed into binary images, and then rice outline is extracted with the eight-neighborhood analysis. The effect of rice contour detection is very good using image processing technology, and provides a preparation for the classification of rice grades.

The service condition of plane thrust bearing of worm shaft in an oil screw press was analyzed. The fracture failure of the bearing rings was systematically investigated through physical-chemical test, trace inspection, fractographic appearance, and metallographic structure analysis. The results showed that a great amount of network surface cracks near bearing ring edge, some dot shaped internal oxidations and secondary crack initiation, higher hardness, as well as the network carbides and coarse quenching martensites led to the early brittle fracture of the bearing rings. The further improvements were normalizing and isothermal spheroidizing annealing can eliminate the network carbides and improve the microstructure in preheat treatment process, and quenching temperature and heating time can not be too high and long in final heat treatment. Hardness of the material is preferably 60-62 HRC.

摘要:
Nanocomposite films of ZnO/HDPE were prepared via melt blending and hot compression molding process. The morphology, DSC, mechanical and barrier properties of the films were investigated. The results showed that a better dispersion of modified nanoparticles at content of 0.5wt% in HDPE matrix occurred and the improvement of the HDPE films in tensile strength and tear strength was achieved by incorporating modified-ZnO nanoparticles up to 0.5wt% in contrast with the original nano-ZnO/HDPE composite films. It was also found that the addition of modified nano-ZnO to neat HDPE caused to increase crystallinity and enhance the barrier property of nano-ZnO/HDPE composite films against water vapor and oxygen.

Owing to its unique properties and wide engineering applications, magnetorheological fluids (MRF) has become a hot study area in the field of smart materials. In this paper experimental study of the microwave reflection behavior in MRF was carried out. The results indicated that at the same frequency the microwave reflectivity of MRF decreased with the increasing of magnetic field strength; and with the particle concentration increasing, microwave reflectivity first increased, then decreased, there is a critical concentration of 15%. Under the same magnetic field, with the increasing of microwave frequency, it first decreased, there is a lowest point at 9.2GHz, and then it increased. Usually, it is considered that the change of internal structure of MRF under external magnetic field is the main reason for the regulation behavior of microwave reflectivity.

Usually, it is regarded that the movement of dielectric particles in ER fluids is related to the generation of electrorheological effect. In this paper, the principle of measuring infinitesimal displacement by laser speckle is proposed to measure the velocities of particles in ER fluids. It is verified that speckles can be formed by illuminating laser beam on the starch ER fluids. The speckle patterns was recorded with high speed CCD camera, and the speckle patterns sequences with short time intervals was obtained by intercepting laser speckle video. Displacements parallel to electric field and perpendicular to electric field were obtained by processing the two consecutive speckle patterns. The experimental results showed the velocities of particles exhibit the trend towards an oscillatory decreased with time, and a critical electric field and a critical sample concentration exist, when lower than this critical electric field (concentration), the mean particle velocity tends to increase; when high than that, decrease instead. Moreover, the horizontal velocity of particle is almost zero, there is only small oscillatory movement of particles in the vertical direction of electric field when the particle chain of ER fluid forms a relatively stable structure.

Based on the power spectral density (PSD) function of stochastic irregularities of the standard grade road and by means of inverse fast Fouerier transform (IFFT) based on discretized PSD sampling, an equivalent sample of stochastic road surface model in time domain was built. A one-dimensional model of stochastic road was developed into a 2D model of stochastic road surface. Through computer simulation practice based on the MATlab, a 2D sample of stochastic road surface in time domain was regenerated. Furthermore, given the sample data, the PSD was estimated and then compared with the theoretical 2D PSD Equation deduced from the one-dimensional PSD expreesion so as to prove the effectiveness and accuracy of the time-domain model regeneration of 2D stochastic road surface by means of IFFT method. The 2D stochastic road surface model directly provided basic road excitation input data for virtual prototyping (VP) and virtual proving ground (VPG) technology.

摘要:
According to free configuration space, the skeleton graph of working environment of mobile robots was constructed. The length of link of skeleton graph was quantified according the actual length of pathway and presented with quantitative length matrix. The width of link of skeleton graph was quantified by the width rate of pathway and robot body, and presented with quantitative width matrix. For a pathway with width changing, the width was quantified according to the minimum width of the pathway. For multiply pathways between two vertexes, the pathways were merged into one pathway. In dynamic environment, the matrix value of link was set to -1 for a pathway with obstacles. In Dijkstra algorithm, the coordination path planning of multiply robots was implemented by comparing the remaining capacity of pathway width and the robot body.

摘要:
To improve the using life of screw, the paper focused on the research about microhardness and wear resistance of surface detonation spraying coat. The detonation spraying surface was important to extend the wear resistance of screw of low temperature screw press machine. The paper analyzed the phase composition and microstructure data of surface detonation spraying coat and tested the microhardness of coat and combination intensity between coat and substrate, and did contrasting wear resistance experiment between detonation spraying coat and traditional coat. The data analysis results showed that the wear resistance of detonation spraying coat was far beyond traditional coat and the detonation spraying coat would improve the using life of key screw of low temperature screw press machine.

The composite films of Ag/HDPE with high antibacterial activity on Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus of high density polyethylene (ELDPE) films deposited by SiOx and Ag were prepared via vacuum evaporation technology, the amount of silver being 2.886 ug/cm(2). It was found that the adhesion between the HDPE film and the Ag coating was highly improved when the SiOx was used as a transitionary coating. And the SiOx coating had no effect on the mechanical and barrier properties of Ag/HDPE composite films, while it made the antibacterial activity on Escherichia con of the composite films promoted.

The demands of high-quality dynamic performance and short development time for vehicle production can only be fulfilled by the application of advanced design, simulation and optimization technologies. Virtual prototyping (VP), the analysis and simulation technology based on a fully developed computer model, represents a future way for cost and time efficient design of vehicles and can perform the same as those on the physical prototyping. This paper describes an integrated modeling method, based on the topological structure of a heavy vehicle and oriented to ride dynamics, of a human-vehicle-road system. A multi-body simulation model was chosen as the integration platform for the virtual prototyping since it provided the flexibility to integrate all relevant aspects such as rigid body movement, road-induced vibration and the driver's responses to the vibration. The time domain model of the stochastic excitation from the road irregularities was numerically reconstructed as input data to VP and the feeling evaluation model in time domain, equivalent to conditional frequency evaluation, was used to the vehicle's riding comfort simulation. Through integrating the sub-models in VP and combining the data of the sub-models it became possible to predict dynamic performance of vehicles by virtual prototyping technology.
