On ca-cored wire feeding in ladle, there are surface feeding stage and inner feeding stage. China is still in the surface feeding stage. The gas rotary lance was developed for the present condition of the wire feeding devices in China. The water simulation test and the pressure water simulation test were carried through. The vortex on the surface of the liquid and the cavity, the recirculation and rotary in the liquid were observed in the water simulation test. The characteristic curves of the lance coupled with the different wires were disclosed. The lance can be used with the guide pipe directly.

摘要:
In this paper, we present a solution without power consumption based on intelligently controlled action of the building external shading facilities, which is provided power supply by the third generation flexible solar cells. The signal, which is measured by wind, light, rain and temperaturesensors, is processed by the Microcontroller Unit system (MCU) controlling the motors of building external shading facilities, and then movement of the building external shading facilities is regulated to achieve the most comfortable of the indoor environment.

A three-DOF parallel manipulator with two rotations and one translation was put forward as a levelling mechanism in this paper. Its structure and kinematics were analyzed and the first-order influence coefficient matrix was obtained by using the influence coefficient method. Then the complete and concise dynamic equations without too many unknowns were established based on Lagrange method. In addition, the dynamics simulation was carried out and the result shows that drive forces of the legs have no strong coupling, which is important to control system design.

摘要:
The attenuation behavior of acoustic wave in ER fluid which was made by mixing starch in silicon oil was studied through experiments. The results demonstrate that the particle concentration of fluid and the intensity of extra electric field have certain influences on the attenuation behavior of acoustic wave passing through ER fluid. When othe conditions are fixed, the amplitude of acoustic wave passing through ER fluid increases along with the increasing of particle concentration or field intensity; meanwhile, the acoustic wave presents attenuation with the increasing of distance measured, and its trend slows down when the concentration or field intensity increases. The analysis indicates that the solidification effect of ER fluid caused by extra electric field may be the reason for these phenomena.

The sound attenuation in ER fluid was experimentally studied. The results show that sound attenuation of ER fluid could be adjusted by the particle concentration of ER fluid and the intensity of electric field. Amplitude of sound wave in ER fluid increases with the increasing of particle concentration and field intensity; on the other hand, the attenuation of sound wave decreases with the increasing of propagation distance, as well as the particle concentration and field intensity. The experimental results indicate that the solidification effect of ER fluid is beneficial to the propagation of sound wave.
摘要:
Aiming at cold-pressed oil cakes of linseed and sunflower seed, the pore fractal characteristics of microstructures have been studied. By combining Hagen-Poiseuille equation with fractal theory, a fractal permeability model for oil cake has been developed. The permeability of linseed and sunflower seed cakes under cold-pressed condition has been measured. It was found that the relative average errors are 12.8% and 16.8% for the soybean cake and sunflower seed cake respectively by comparing the result from the model calculation and experiment.

Precise measurement of shape parameters of gear components is of ultimate importance for performance and service life of machinery. The conventional manual methods with aid of measurement tools rely largely on experiences of testing personnel. This study aims at developing an efficient and automatic methods for gear measurements, based on Fourier analysis with image processing software OPTIMAS. The shape parameters of gear are conveniently derived from the polar coordinates and the Fourier coefficients obtained from the image analysis software. The automatic methods are applied to two types of gear for illustration. The macro written for this purpose is presented and the measurement results are compared with conventional methods. It has been proven that Fourier analysis is a reliable and cost effective method for gear measurement. In addition, the results of Fourier analysis can be used to determine other parameters to characterize shape and size of the gear.

A rigid-flexible coupling dynamic model is established for the grinding roller system of an Horomill. Two coordinates are chosen to describe the grinding roller motion, namely the linear displacement of the roller at the center of mass and its rotation around the centroid on the applied plane of the grinding forces. The grinding forces applied on the roller are simplified to be a force and a torque, acting respectively on the direction of two coordinates. The frequency response function (FRF) matrices, with the two grinding force components as input and the vibration acceleration responses of two measuring points on the roller as output, are obtained respectively by using multibody dynamics computational software. The auto-PSD and cross-PSD of the vibration response on two measuring points are known. An inverse pseudo excitation method (IPEM) is then used for solving the grinding dynamic load spectrum. The obtained load spectrum would be helpful for the Horomill dynamic design and the fatigue calculation.

According to the physical characteristics and safety requirements, the evaluation levels of special electromechanical equipment were created. The five-layer neural network model was created according to the multi-layer neural network model. The first layer is input layer, the last layer is output layer, and the others are hidden layers. The software structure of evaluation system was designed, and the main class diagram was designed with UML. The relations among views, data model and dispatch controller were designed with MVC pattern. The factory method was used to instantiate view objects according to the object creation pattern. The ITERATOR pattern of structural pattern was used to find out view objects in the view object aggregation. The strategy pattern of behavior pattern was used to encapsulate different neural network algorithms.

摘要:
For improving the stability of kernel and husk separation machine of rapeseed, we had done some experimental research about vibrating fluidized classification technology. Based on experimental dates we had built the mathematics model and analyzed the classification effect influenced by the amplitude, the frequency and the material thickness and their interaction .The results indicated that when we maintained installation angle α = 0o and vibration direction angle β =108o of the vibrated fluidized bed, the best optimized combination of factors was the amplitude x1 = 1.87mm, the frequency x2 = 52.53Hz and material thickness x3 = 22.36mm.

The pressing chamber is the heart of the screw press, it forms the drainage barrel and has to contain the operating forces of the press. As press casing is an integral part of pressing chamber, the strength of the press casing ensures normal operation of the press. The mechanical models of pressing chamber of the ZX10 type press created in MATLAB 7.0 for linear programming, and the 3D model of the press casing created in UG NX4.0 software were imported into ANSYS 9.0 software and a linear static finite element analysis was performed. The visual deflection patterns the part experiences under "real world" loading conditions were obtained so as to complete the security check of strength.

By using time domain modeling obtained from PSD for stationary random road irregularities, concerning about non-uniform moving-vehicle conditions and non-stationary road characteristics, via model assembly and integration to generate non-stationary random road time domain modeling for inputting road excitation. On the assembly of the non-stationary random road time domain modeling, Time-Frequency was analyzed via wavelet analysis. From road data decomposed by the way of Wavelet, both time domain characteristics of signal components in different bands can be obtained and anomaly contained within the signal can also have accurately time-frequency localization. The signal separation can help achieving non-stationary sub-band analysis, and can further study the affection of road signal in different band focus on vibration response of the vehicle, and also providing a strong theoretical basis for road design, quality inspection and grading.

摘要:
In this paper, experimental study of the microwave reflection behavior in MRF was carried out. The results showed that at the same frequency the microwave reflectivity of MRF decreased with the increasing of magnetic field strength; and with the increasing of particle concentration, microwave reflectivity decreased, monotonously. Under the given magnetic field, with the increasing of microwave frequency, it first decreased, there is a lowest point at 9.2GHz, and then it increased. Usually, it is considered that the change of internal structure of MRF under external magnetic field is the main reason for the regulation behavior of microwave reflectivity.
