摘要:
A facile sol-gel/emulsion approach was employed for the fabrication of mesoporous silica nanoparticles with a large BET specific surface area of 1594 m(2) g(-1). The as-prepared SiO2 electrode delivers a highly stable specific capacity of as large as 1060 mA h g(-1) at a current density of 100 mA g(-1) after 90 cycles, exhibiting a good cycling stability.

摘要:
The multi-porous ZnFe2O4 (ZFO) nanotubes are fabricated by the direct annealing process of ZFO precursor nanofibers, which is prepared by a facile electrospinning method. The crystal structure, composition, morphology, magnetic property, specific surface area and pore size distribution of multi-porous ZFO nanotubes are systematically characterized. The results indicated the multi-porous ZFO nanotubes with high purity phase possess obvious multi-porous and tubular microstructure, the mean inner diameter, specific surface area and pore volume are about 150 nm, 57.42 m(2) g(-1) and 0.16 cm(3) g(-1), respectively. Moreover, the multi-porous ZFO nanotubes exhibit a better photocatalytic activity than that of ZFO nanoparticles for photocatalytic degradation of RhB solution. (C) 2016 Elsevier B.V. 摘要:
为研究表面活性剂对壳聚糖-乳清分离蛋白-纳米Ti O2复合膜(chitosan-whey protein isolate-nano Ti O2composite film,CWTF)在果蔬保鲜应用中性能的影响,将表面活性剂吐温(tween,TW)20、TW60、TW80、TW85分别添加到CWTF成膜液中,测定制备复合膜的拉伸强度、断裂延伸率、透明度及透水性能,并分析表面活性剂对CWTF性质的影响。将加有不同表面活性剂的CWTF涂膜液涂覆到鲜切雷竹笋上,测定其贮藏过程中的质量损失率。结果显示,添加表面活性剂后CWTF表面光滑程度均有不同程度的劣变,按照膜机械性能及透水性能等从优到劣的排序依次为CWTF、CWTF-TW20、CWTF-TW85、CWTF-TW80、CWTF-TW60。涂膜实验结果表明,涂膜组雷竹笋的质量损失率均低于未涂膜组,不同涂膜处理的雷竹笋的质量损失率与膜性质呈负相关。TW20对CWTF的破坏作用最小,为适宜添加表面活性剂,适宜添加体积分数为0.1%。

摘要:
The nanosized spinel alpha-LiFe5O8 with a grain size of about 10 nm was fabricated by a facile solid state method via the assistance of oxalic acid. The as-prepared alpha-LiFe5O8 electrode for lithium ion battery delivers a high reversible initial specific capacity of 257.1 mA h g(-1) at 28 mA g(-1) and remaining at 130 mAh g(-1) at as high as 2820 mA g(-1) even after 100 cycles, as well as excellent rate capability and improved cycling stability, which has not reported before for lithium ferrite oxides. This might be attributed to the characteristic pseudocapacitive behavior of lithium storage in nanosized spinel alpha-LiFe5O8 and the structural stability of alpha-LiFe5O8 upon charge/discharge as well, as evidenced by CV measurement for the as-prepared alpha-LiFe5O8 electrode. The unique combination of those features for lithium ion battery and capacitor is potential to develop high performance hybrid energy storage device for the needs of electric vehicle batteries and other high powder applications.

摘要:
TiO2 hollow nanospheres with ultrathin shell of ca.10 nm were prepared by using sulfur nanospheres as templates and its electrochemical performance was investigated as anode material for lithium ion battery. The results show that the as-obtained anatase TiO2 exhibits superior lithium storage capability due to its characteristic lithium storage mechanism and somewhat pseudocapacitive property. The as-obtained anatase TiO2 electrode delivered a high initial specific capacity of 574.5 mAh g-1 at 168 mA g-1 and displays excellent cycling performance after first cycle, which might be attributed to the improvement of ionic and electron conduction of anatase TiO2 due to the unique hollow nanostructure with ultrathin shell. © 2015 The Authors.

摘要:
A magnetic Fe<inf>3</inf>O<inf>4</inf>@SiO<inf>2</inf>-ZnBr<inf>2</inf>catalyst was prepared by supporting ZnBr<inf>2</inf>on silica-coated magnetic nanoparticles of Fe<inf>3</inf>O<inf>4</inf>and used as a recoverable catalyst for the direct synthesis of diphenyl carbonate (DPC) from CO<inf>2</inf>and phenol in the presence of carbon tetrachloride. The as-prepared catalyst was characterized by infrared spectroscopy (IR), powder X-ray diffraction (XRD), a X-ray photoelectron spectrometer (XPS) and BET. Zn loading in the supported catalyst and leaching during the reaction process were determined by atomic absorption spectroscopy (AAS). It was found that Fe<inf>3</inf>O<inf>4</inf>@SiO<inf>2</inf>-ZnBr<inf>2</inf>showed higher catalytic activity than homogenous ZnCl<inf>2</inf>and ZnI<inf>2</inf>as well as homogenous ZnBr<inf>2</inf>. With this new catalyst under optimized conditions, a yield of DPC at 28.1% was obtained. The heterogeneous catalyst Fe<inf>3</inf>O<inf>4</inf>@SiO<inf>2</inf>-ZnBr<inf>2</inf>can also be recovered by a permanent magnet after the reaction and reused up to 4 times without noticeable deactivation. ©The Royal Society of Chemistry 2015.

摘要:
The preparation of partial acetylation of cellulose derived from rice straw was catalyzed by phosphotungstic acid with various numbers of crystal water, and H3PW12O40.4H2O was found to be as effective catalyst. The yield of the cellulose acetate was significantly enhanced by converting cellulose directly isolated from rice straw into microcrystalline cellulose before acetylation. The optimization of the acetylation was investigated by varying the amount of catalyst and acetic anhydride as well as reaction conditions including reaction time and medium, and a degree of substitution (DS) value of 2.29 and yield of 62.9% were obtained under the optimized conditions. The structure and the formation of the acetylated product were confirmed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and powder X-ray diffraction (XRD) technique, the thermal properties were determined by thermal analysis including thermogravimetry analysis (TGA) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), and the morphology was observed by scanning electron microscope (SEM). © 2014 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.

摘要:
Direct synthesis of methyl N-phenylcarbamate (MPC) from carbon dioxide (CO<inf>2</inf>), aniline and methanol catalyzed by cerium dioxide (CeO<inf>2</inf>) in the presence of n-butyllithium (BuLi) was developed. The catalytic activity of CeO<inf>2</inf>was significantly improved by the addition of BuLi. The conversion of aniline and the yield of MPC were dependent on the amount of CeO<inf>2</inf>and BuLi, reaction conditions including the pressure of CO<inf>2</inf>, reaction time and temperature, and 9.4% yield of MPC was obtained under the optimized conditions. The formation pathway of MPC was also investigated in detail by varying reactants based on previously reported investigations, and phenyl isocyanate (PI) was believed to be the intermediate for the synthesis of MPC. A possible reaction pathway for the direct synthesis of MPC from CO<inf>2</inf>, aniline and methanol was proposed. ©2015 Published by Elsevier B.V.

摘要:
Polyvinyl pyrrolidone (PVP) as dispersant was employed to assist the hydrothermal synthesis of MoS2. The results show that the interlayer distance of the as-obtained MoS2 is smaller compared with the original MoS2 without PVP-assistance using XRD, SEM and TEM techniques for characterization. Investigations of the electrochemical performances of MoS2 with different interlayer distance as anode material for LIBs demonstrate that the specific capacity and the cycling performance of lithium storage of MoS2 is significantly dependent on the interlayer distance of MoS2, furthermore causing the different mechanism of lithium storage. This might be attributed to the varied internal resistance and Li-ion diffusion in layered MoS2 due to the different interlayer distance, which is validated from electrochemical impedance spectroscope of MoS2 electrode.

摘要:
The PVP/Fe3O4/TBT composite nanofibers have been successfully fabricated via a facile electrospinning assisted sol-gel process, and magnetic TiO2 hollow nanofibers are obtained by the calcination process. The effects of TBT and Fe3O4 dosage on the morphologies and hollow structure of nanofibers are systematically investigated. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) demonstrated that the magnetic TiO2 nanofibers had a hollow structure with the average diameter of 200 nm. XRD results exhibited that magnetic TiO2 hollow nanofibers with well crystallized anatase phase were obtained. Both the hollow structure and well crystallized anatase phase of TiO2 nanofibers play very important role in photocatalytic activity. Moreover, the magnetic test demonstrated TiO2 hollow nanofibers possessed an excellent magnetic responsiveness, which facilitated the separation of TiO2 hollow nanofibers.

SiO<inf>2</inf>@NiO core-shell nanocomposites of ca. 80 nm in diameter with a thin NiO shell were assembled via a facile online deposition of NiO and investigated as an anode for lithium ion batteries. The results indicated that the specific discharge capacity of the obtained SiO<inf>2</inf>@NiO core-shell nanocomposite electrode still retains 585 mA h g<sup>-1</sup>at a discharge current density of 100 mA g<sup>-1</sup>after 60 cycles and presents a coulombic efficiency of almost 100%, exhibiting good cycling stability and excellent rate capability after the first few cycles. This might be accounted for by the reversible lithiation/delithiation of the product Si due to the irreversible lithiation of SiO<inf>2</inf>while the irreversible lithiation of NiO to produce metal Ni nanoparticles is responsible for the activation of SiO<inf>2</inf>, which is demonstrated by comparing the cyclic voltammetries (CVs) and electrochemical impedance spectra (EIS) of SiO<inf>2</inf>, NiO and SiO<inf>2</inf>@NiO electrodes. ©2015 The Royal Society of Chemistry.

The synthesis of electrochemically active α-LiFeO<inf>2</inf> nanoparticles in absolute ethanol at ambient temperature was developed using LiOH·H<inf>2</inf>O and Fe(NO<inf>3</inf>)<inf>3</inf>·9H <inf>2</inf>O as starting materials and characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), Scanning Electronic Microscopy (SEM), Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM). The electrochemical performance of the α-LiFeO<inf>2</inf> nanoparticles as cathode materials for lithium secondary batteries showed that the initial discharge capacity of α-LiFeO<inf>2</inf> (theoretical capacity of 282 mA h g<sup>-1</sup>) nanoparticles was 290.6, 194, and 183.8 mA h g<sup>-1</sup> at 0.1, 1 and 2 C, respectively, which was one of the previous reported highest values. Especially, α-LiFeO<inf>2</inf> nanoparticles exhibited improved cycle stability at 2 C. The capacity retention was around 55.2% with the discharge capacity of 101.5 mA h g<sup>-1</sup> after 50 cycles at 2 C. ©2013 The Royal Society of Chemistry.

采用壳聚糖-乳清分离蛋白复合膜(chitosan-whey protein isolate composite film, CWF)涂膜1、2、3次及去离子水、乙酸处理鲜切雷竹笋,于4°C冷藏15d,以贮藏过程雷竹笋的苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)、过氧化物酶(POD)活力、丙二醛(MDA)、多酚、木质素含量、菌落总数等为指标,研宄CWF对鲜切雷竹笋木质化和品质劣变以及涂膜次数对保鲜效果的影响。结果显示,乙酸对鲜切雷竹笋的木质化和微生物有一定的抑制作用,但影响不显著;CWF涂膜可以显著降低鲜切雷竹笋表面的微生物数量,抑制PAL和POD活力,降低木质素、MDA含量,延长鲜切雷竹笋的货架期。随着CWF涂膜次数的增加,保鲜效果更好,考虑到生产成本选择涂膜2次。

摘要:
为综合利用水稻秸秆,提取水稻秸秆纤维素,采用稀碱/H2 O2和稀酸溶液依次对水稻秸秆进行处理。结果表明,大部分半纤维素和木质素在稀碱处理过程中得以脱除,残余的少量半纤维素和木质素则在稀酸处理过程中被进一步脱除。当水稻秸秆经过5%KOH/H2 O2和pH值为3.5的乙酸溶液处理后,半纤维素和木质素的脱除率分别为91.8%和97.4%,提取的纤维素纯度达90.2%。

摘要:
The acetylation of cellulose using sulfonated Amberlyst 15 as a new and reusable catalyst was investigated. Optimization of the acetylation process was carried out by variation in the amount of added catalyst, acetic acid, and acetic anhydride as well as the reaction conditions, which includes reaction time and reaction medium. Cellulose acetate, with a degree of substitution (DS) value of 2.38 and yield of 54.1%, was obtained under the optimized conditions and characterized using Fourier-transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis-derivative thermogravimetry (TGA-DTG), and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The sulfonated polymer catalyst could be easily recovered by centrifugation after acetylation. Both the fresh and recovered catalysts were characterized by means of FTIR, TGA-DTG, DSC, and scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and the recovered catalyst could be successfully reused without further treatment. It was found that Amberlyst 15 possessed excellent catalytic stability, no significant changes in the DS values, and consistent yields of cellulose acetate observed over four reaction cycles. © 2014 Published by Elsevier Ltd.

以甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、丙烯酸(AA)和石蜡为原料,采用悬浮聚合法制备了石蜡/P(MMA-co-AA)相变储能微胶囊。研究了MMA与AA加入比例、油相与水相质量比等因素对石蜡微胶囊芯材含量等的影响,利用扫描量热仪(DSC)、电子显微镜(SEM)表征了所制备石蜡微胶囊的热性能、形貌等。结果表明:AA加入比例过大时,微胶囊易结块,不易形成微胶囊,微胶囊轮廓呈球形,其相变温度为27.21℃,相变潜热为81.58 J/g,芯材含量达到72.32%。

摘要:
The hydrolysis of cellulose catalyzed by sulfonated poly(styrene-co- divinylbenzene) (SPS-DVB) was carried out in the ionic liquid 1-n-butyl-3-methylimidazolium bromide (BMIMBr), in which the reaction medium BMIMBr and sulfate polymer catalyst can be recovered. The influence of the amount of catalyst, water and ionic liquid, reaction conditions including reaction time and temperature was investigated in detail. The recovery of BMIMBr was performed based on using Aliquat 336 and naphthalene-2-boronic acid to extract the sugar derived from the hydrolysis of cellulose, and it was reused without further treatment. It was found that ionic liquid possessed excellent stability, and the conversion of cellulose almost kept constant during the recycles. The fresh and recovered sulfonated catalysts were characterized by means of TGA and IR, and the recovered catalyst was reused with/without treatment with acid. The catalytic activity almost kept constant in the case of regenerating by sulphuric acid prior to reuse, but a significant loss of activity was observed without regeneration. The results revealed that there may be an ion exchange process between the acidic sites of sulfonated catalyst and ionic liquid during the hydrolysis of cellulose. © 2013 Published by Elsevier B.V.

相变石蜡微胶囊的制备及表征

采用分散聚合法,二乙烯苯为交联剂,制备了石蜡/P(MMA-co-MAA)相变储能微胶囊。采用光学显微镜,扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)和热重分析仪(TGA)对其进行表征。实验结果表明:微胶囊呈球形,平均粒径为4.2 um,几乎没有粘结,其相变温度为27.24℃,相变潜热为81.53 J/g,芯材含量达到72.6%,同时具有良好的热稳定性。
