摘要:
In this work, three catalysts (Ni-based catalyst, Ni/Fe-based catalyst, and Ni/Ce-based catalyst) were developed for catalytic cracking of toluene as a model compound of tar in a fixed bed reactor. The characteristic of catalysts were determined by XRD, EDX, and BET. Meanwhile, the effects of calcination temperature and reaction temperature on syngas yield and toluene conversion rate were also studied. The results showed that the BET surface area was decreased with the rise of calcination temperature, while the content of hydrogen and syngas yield were decreased with the rise of calcination temperature. The three catalysts showed a promising application in catalytic reforming of toluene for hydrogen production. The catalytic performance of three catalysts was ordered as Ni/Ce > Ni/Fe > Ni > thermal cracking. The maximum syngas yield (1.44 L/g toluene) and toluene conversion rate (96.4%) were obtained for Ni/Ce-based catalyst, which indicated the effectiveness of the Ni/Ce-based catalyst.

摘要:
半导体光催化技术因其能够完全矿化和降解废水以及废气中的各种有机和无机污染物而受到越来越多研究者关注.尽管TiO2作为光催化剂显示了良好的应用前景,但其只对紫外光响应,该部分能量大约仅占太阳光谱的5%,从而限制了其实际应用.因此,开发新型可见光响应光催化剂成为光催化领域的研究焦点之一.石墨相氮化碳(g-C3N4)作为一种光催化材料,由于具有良好的热和化学稳定性以及可见光响应而备受关注.然而,单纯的g-C3N4由于光生电荷载流子易复合,光催化效果并不理想.为进一步提高g-C3N4的光催化活性,构建g-C3N4基异质结复合光催化材料被认为是增强g-C3N4光生电子-空穴分离效率的有效方法. CdMoO4作为一种光催化材料,与g-C3N4匹配的能带有利于光生电子-空穴的分离,从而提高g-C3N4的光催化活性.本文通过便利的原位沉淀-煅烧过程,制备了新颖的Cd MoO4/g-C3N4异质复合光催化材料.复合材料的晶相构成、形貌、表面化学组分和光学特性等通过相应的分析测试手段进行表征.光催化活性通过可见光下催化降解罗丹明B水溶液来评价.结果显示,将CdMoO4沉积在g-C3N4表面形成复合材料可明显提高光催化活性,且当CdMoO4含量为4.8wt%时达到最佳的光催化活性.这种显著增强的光催化活性可能是由于Cd MoO4/g-C3N4复合物能够有效地传输和分离光生电荷载流子,从而抑制了光生电子-空穴的复合.电化学阻抗、瞬态光电流和稳定荧光光谱测试结果证实,通过Cd MoO4与g-C3N4复合可有效增强电荷分离效率.此外,活性物捕获实验表明,在光催化过程中空穴(h+)和超氧自由基(?O2-)是主要活性物种.根据莫托-肖特基实验并结合紫外-可见漫反射吸收光谱,得到了单纯g-C3N4和CdMoO4的能带结构,提出了形成的II型异质结有助于增强光催化活性的机理.

摘要:
A catalyst loaded Ni-Fe using powder active carbon (PAC) and gamma-Al2O3 as the support was prepared for hydrogen-rich syngas production from rape straw pyrolysis in a two-stage fixed reactor. EDX (Energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy), SEM (Scanning electron microscope) and N-2 isothermal adsorption desorption were used to characterize the catalysts. The results showed that the support of PAC-gamma Al2O3 was uniform with large specific surface area. The metals loaded on the support were well dispersed. The performance of Ni-Fe/PAC-gamma Al2O3 catalysts compared with single support catalyst NiO-Fe2O3/gamma Al2O3 (NFA) and NiO-Fe2O3/PAC (NFP) was studied. The results showed that the Ni-Fe/PAC-gamma Al2O3 catalysts showed a good catalytic activity which obviously enhanced the H-2 gas yield to 54.23 g/kg Rape straw and reduced the tar yield to 4.06 g/kg. Meanwhile, Ni-Fe/PAC-gamma Al2O3 catalysts had a stronger ability to prevent the deactivation to keep a longtime stability than the single carrier catalyst. (C) 2019 Elsevier Ltd. 摘要:
A modified drinking-water treatment sludge (MDWTS) by pyrolysis was used as the adsorbent for the removal of phosphorus. The influence of pyrolysis temperature, dosage of adsorbent, contact time and pH on the P adsorption capacity were tested. Meanwhile the equilibrium and kinetics of adsorption process by DWTS and MDWTS were also studied. The results showed that the adsorption capacity of DWTS was greatly improved after pyrolyzed. The increase of pyrolysis temperature was benefit for the phosphorus adsorption. The maximum adsorption capacity (25.32 mg/g) of MDWTS was appeared at 800°C. The adsorption capacity of DWTS and MDWTS was strongly dependent on solution pH especially at low pH. The maximum phosphorus adsorption capacity were achieved at pH 5. As the dosage of DWTS and MDWTS increased from 0.5 to 3 g/100 ml, P adsorption capacity decreased from 7.47 mg/g to 1.74 mg/g and 22.45 mg/g to 3.26 mg/g respectively. High-adsorbent dosage could effectively reduce the unsaturation of the ion-exchange sites of DWTS and MDWTS which caused comparatively lesser ion exchange. The adsorption isotherms of P removal by DWTS and MDWTS were well described by Freundlich models, suggesting the adsorption of phosphorus was a heterogeneous surface adsorption process. Meanwhile kinetics studies showed that the adsorption process of P followed pseudo-second order kinetic model. © 2019 Desalination Publications. All rights reserved.

摘要:
Raffinose family oligosaccharides (RFOs) are alpha-galactosyl derivatives of sucrose or glucose. They are found in a large variety of seeds from many different families such as beans, vegetables and whole grains. Due to absence of alpha-galactosidase in the digestive tract of humans and other monogastric animals, RFOs are responsible for intestinal disturbances (flatulence) following the ingestion of legume-derived products. Structural relationships of RFOs and their enzymatic degradation mechanism are described. Concentration and distribution from various seed sources are introduced. The present status on removal of the RFOs (such as soaking, cooking, germination, and addition of alpha-galactosidase) is summarized. At the meantime, alpha-galactosidases from botanic and microbial sources and their partial enzymatic properties are also presented in detail. Based on a comparison of various removal treatments, the microbial a-galactosidases are thought as the most optimum candidate for removing RFOs in legumes, and the ideal system for the RFO removal is proposed.

Abstract: There is a significant interest in valorization of biomass and its derivatives into chemicals. In this work, glucose derived from biomass was converted into 5-(hydroxymethyl)furfural (HMF). Phosphotungstic acid (PHA) supported on magnetic nanoparticles Fe3O4 coated by SiO2 (Fe3O4@SiO2/PHA) was prepared and employed in the synthesis of HMF from glucose. The supported catalyst of Fe3O4@SiO2/PHA was characterized by infrared spectroscopy (IR) and powder X-ray diffraction. The results indicated that the supported catalyst exhibited similar catalytic activity to that of homogeneous PHA. The effects of such reaction variables as the amount of PHA, reaction solvent, temperature and time were studied in detail. The yield of HMF at 30.4% was observed at 130 °C for 3 h in N,N-dimethylformamide under nitrogen atmosphere. The supported catalyst was recovered by an external magnet after the reaction and reused in the next run without further pretreatment. No significant change in activity was observed at the initial four cycles, in which the yield of HMF changed in a small range from 28.7 to 30.8%. A series of Cd1-xZnxS solid solutions and samples of amorphous MoS2 decorated on Cd1-xZnxS microspheres were successfully prepared. The crystal phases, morphologies, elemental distribution, chemical compositions, optical properties, and specific surface areas of the as-fabricated samples were investigated by the corresponding measurement techniques. The photocatalytic H2 evolution activities of the MoS2/Cd1-xZnxS composites were explored and compared using lactic acid as a sacrificial reagent. The results manifested that 5 wt% MoS2 loaded on the surface of the Cd0.8Zn0.2S solid solution could attain the highest photocatalytic H2 evolution rate of 12.39 mmol g-1 h-1, corresponding to an apparent quantum efficiency (AQE) of about 16.5% under 420 nm monochromatic light. The electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS), transient photocurrent response and photoluminescence (PL) spectroscopy experiments confirmed that MoS2 as a cocatalyst could promote the transfer and separation of photogenerated charge carriers on the Cd0.8Zn0.2S solid solution. In addition, amorphous MoS2 decorated on the Cd0.8Zn0.2S sample showed a much better performance than that of crystalline MoS2. This could be because amorphous MoS2 possessed more abundant active sites than its crystalline counterpart. Based on the energy band positions of Cd0.8Zn0.2S and MoS2, a tentative mechanism for the enhanced photocatalytic H2 evolution activity was proposed. © 2019 The Royal Society of Chemistry and the Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique.

To further improve the light response range and photocatalytic activity of Bi2SiO5, the Bi2SiO5/BiOBr type-II heterojunction photocatalysts were constructed by in-situ partial ion exchange strategy using Bi2SiO5 as precursor. The crystal phases, morphologies, chemical compositions, optical properties and textural structures of as-synthesized Bi2SiO5/BiOBr photocatalysts were characterized by the corresponding analytical techniques. The photocatalytic activities of samples were evaluated by degrading Rhodamine B (RhB) solution under visible light irradiation. The results showed that the Bi2SiO5/BiOBr heterojunction photocatalysts significantly improved the photocatalytic performances, which would be ascribed to the extended light response, enhanced adsorption capacity, matched energy band structures and intimate interface contact. Construction of Bi2SiO5/BiOBr heterojunction facilitated the separation and transfer of photoexcited charge carriers, which were verified by the electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS), transient photocurrent response and steady photoluminescence spectroscopy (PL) measurements. This work would offer a new insight into the design and preparation of Bi2SiO5-based heterojunction photocatalysts for the removal of organic contaminant. © 2019 Elsevier B.V.

Rice straw was employed to prepare microcrystalline cellulose (MCC). First, crude cellulose was isolated from rice straw using organosolv fractionation in the presence of mixed solvent composed of ethanol and H2O. Most hemicellulose and lignin were removed while little silica was not. Second, crude cellulose was bleached in Na2CO3/H2O2 mixed solution to remove residual silica as well as small amount of hemicellulose and lignin. After that, the removal rates of hemicellulose, lignin and silica reached up 91.5, 92.8 and 97.9%, respectively. Cellulose from rice straw was further converted into MCC in the presence of hydrochloric acid aqueous solution, and the cellulose content reached up to 92.4% in MCC. Infrared spectrometer (IR) and X-ray diffractometer (XRD) were used to characterize the structure of rice straw and its derived samples. © 2019 Institute of Physics Publishing. All rights reserved.

摘要:
The complexes of gossypol with Fe2+ were prepared by using methanol as solvent in the presence of CO2 atmosphere. The results from FT-IR spectra analysis indicated that the aromatic aldehyde groups in gossypol molecules were entirely involved in coordination with Fe2+. UV-Vis absorption spectrum of the complexes in methanol solution displays blue-shift in comparison with that of gossypol. Five compounds from the complexes were isolated by high performance liquid chromatography. The structures of the complexes are consistent with PM3 calculations. Two compounds were formed by coordination of gossypol with Fe2+ at 1:2 molar ratio, other three compounds were formed by chelation of gossypol with Fe2+ at molar ratio by 1:1, 1:3, and 1:4 respectively.

摘要:
Cyclic carbonates were synthesized via the coupling reaction of CO2 with epoxides at ambient pressure. The reaction of atmospheric pressure CO2 with styrene oxide (SO) was selected as the model reaction. The coupling reaction was investigated by varying a simple catalytic system composed of Lewis acid and quaternary ammonium salt, molar ratio of catalyst to substrate, solvent, and temperature. The yield of styrene carbonate (SC) reached 91.5% in the presence of ZnBr2/Bu4NBr at p(CO2)° = 0.1 MPa and 100°C for 4 h. The coupling reactions between CO2 and a series of substrates including aliphatic and aromatic epoxides were also performed efficiently. Yields of cyclic carbonates in the range of 76.4–93.2% were achieved. © 2018 Society of Chemical Industry and John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.

摘要:
MoS2 with a 2D layered structure and high theoretical capacity has been regarded as a promising candidate for anode materials in lithium ion batteries. But its poor cyclic stability and low rate capability hinder its practical applications. Herein, hierarchical MoS2 nanotori consisting of MoS2 nanosheets with an increased interlayer distance were synthesized by a facile hydrothermal reaction for the first time. A possible formation mechanism of the hierarchical MoS2 nanotori is proposed based on the scanning electronic microscopy (SEM) results and the influence of the MoO3 precursor on the morphology of the MoS2 obtained. The hierarchical MoS2 nanotori display superior reversible capacity, good rate capability and improved cyclic performance, which can be attributed to their hierarchical surface, hollow structure feature and increased layer distance. The formation mechanism of hierarchical MoS2 nanotori proposed here should offer a new technique for the design and synthesis of MoS2 with different morphologies using MoO3 as the growth template.

摘要:
Lithium-sulfur (Li-S) batteries are considered to be a promising energy storage device because of their high theoretical energy density and relatively low cost. But low rate performance and poor cycle stability arising from the poor electronic conductivity and the shuttling of polysulfide intermediates hamper its practical application. In order to address these shortcomings, hierarchically porous carbon (HPC) derived from peanut shells is employed as a host to accommodate sulfur for the first time. As-prepared HPC possesses a hierarchically porous structure with a relatively high specific surface area of 1775.7m2 g-1 and a large pore volume of 1.457 cm3 g-1. When as-prepared HPC was employed as cathode hosts for lithiumsulfur batteries, it was found that S/HPC composite displayed an excellent electrochemical performance. The initial discharge capacity of 1659.8mAh g-1 is reached at 0.5C and a reversible capacity of 815.7mAh g-1 can be maintained after 100 cycles. Even if the current density increases to 3C, the specific capacity still is as high as 736.9mAh g-1. ©2018 The Chemical Society of Japan.

摘要:
The synthesis of 5-hydroxymethyl furfural (HMF) from cellulose via a two-step process was investigated. To optimize reaction conditions, the separate conversion of cellulose and glucose was first performed in tetrahydrofuran (THF) and N, N-dimethylformamide (DMF) via a one-step process using hosphotungstic acid (PHA) as catalyst. The direct conversion of cellulose to HMF was then performed via the two-step process. The first step and the second step were carried out in THF and the mixture solvent composed of THF/DMF, respectively. Cellulose was converted to HMF and glucose in the first step in THF. Both of cellulose and the as-formed glucose were then converted to HMF in the second step. The conversion of cellulose to HMF and glucose were significantly improved by the two-step process, and the total yield of HMF and glucose was elevated from 52.1 to 97.0%. A possible mechanism for the formation of HMF from cellulose via the two-step process was also proposed.

Crude cellulose was isolated from rice straw and then converted into microcrystalline cellulose (MCC) via partial hydrolysis. Both the isolation and partial hydrolysis were carried out under microwave. Rice straw was successively pretreated with alkaline and acid solutions before hydrolysis. Lignin and silica were almost removed but partial removal of hemicellulose in dilute alkali solution, and the residual hemicellulose was further removed in dilute acid solution. The total removal rates of hemicellulose, lignin and silica reached up 92.0%, 98.5%, and 96.8%, respectively. The cellulose content of 93.6 wt % in MCC was given by partial hydrolysis of crude cellulose isolated from rice straw. The comparison between microwave irradiation and traditional heating method was also investigated. Compared to traditional heating method, similar results were obtained while milder conditions, including shorter time and lower temperature, were required. An effective microwave-assisted and energy-efficient methodology using rice straw as the alternative source of cellulose fiber was developed. © 2017 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J. Appl. Polym. Cu(acac)2/n-Bu4NBr/Fe3O4@MCM-41 was prepared by supporting Cu(acac)2 as well as n-Bu4NBr on complex support of Fe3O4@MCM-41 and developed as binary supported catalyst for the synthesis of styrene carbonate (SC) via the coupling reaction of styrene oxide (SO) with carbon dioxide (CO2). The activity of the supported catalyst was investigated by supporting Cu(acac)2 and n-Bu4NBr alone or together, varying molar ratio of materials and reaction conditions including CO2 pressure, reaction temperature as well as time. Cu(acac)2/n-Bu4NBr/Fe3O4@MCM-41 displayed higher catalytic activity than that of single supported catalyst, homologous homogenous catalytic system composed of Cu(acac)2 and n-Bu4NBr in terms of the conversion of SO and the yield of SC. Excellent SC yield at 87.5% was obtained under optimized conditions. The recyclability of binary supported catalyst was also performed. No obvious loss in the activity was observed at the initial 3 cycles and the subsequent loss in the catalytic performance can be recovered by supplementing moderate amount of n-Bu4NBr. © 2017 Elsevier Ltd. ZnBr2 supported on magnetic nanoparticles Fe3O4 coated by MCM-41 (Fe3O4@MCM-41/ZnBr2) was prepared and characterized by infrared spectroscopy (IR), powder X-ray diffraction (XRD) and nitrogen adsorption-desorption isotherms. The as-prepared samples were used as a recyclable catalyst for solvent-free synthesis of styrene carbonate (SC) from styrene oxide (SO) and carbonate dioxide (CO2). The results showed that Fe3O4@MCM-41/ZnBr2 exhibited similar catalytic activity to homologous ZnBr2. It was found that the reaction depended on the reaction conditions in terms of the yield of SC. The yield of SC at 81.5% was obtained with 8 MPa CO2 pressure at 90 °C for 3 h. The supported catalyst Fe3O4@MCM-41/ZnBr2 can be easily recovered by a permanent magnet after the reaction and reused without further treatment. No significant change in the structure and loss in activity were observed. The yield of SC changed in a small range from 79.2 to 82.6% during 5 cycles. © 2016 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.

摘要:
The hollow Co9S8 nanospheres with ca. 50 nm were elaborately fabricated by a facile solvothermal method and characterized by powder X-ray diffraction (XRD), Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and BET measurement to result in a specific surface area of 226 m(2) g(-1). The prepared hollow Co9S8 nanosphere electrode delivers a initial specific capacitance of 234.7 F g(-1) at a current density of 0.5 A g(-1), which can be retained up to the 60th cycle, indicating the good cycleability and excellent rate capability. As a consequence, the energy density of the prepared Co9S8 pseudocapacitor could reach up to 17.96 Wh kg(-1) at a power density of 32.82 W kg(-1), which is much more than those of common electric double capacitors, exhibiting the pseudocapacitive characteristic. This might be due to the unique hollow Co9S8 nanosphere structure to shorten the path of the electron transportation and the ionic diffusion.

本研究考察了柠檬酸、EDTA-2Na、Vc在二次杀菌软包装雷竹笋中的护色效果。通过监测高温或光照加强环境中雷竹笋色度的变化,优化了护色剂的配方。研究表明,添加浓度为0.1%时,柠檬酸具有较好的护色效果。EDTA-2Na或Vc均可提高柠檬酸的护色效果,但添加浓度与雷竹笋产品的储藏环境有关。两种复合配方0.1%柠檬酸-0.1%EDTA-2Na、0.1%柠檬酸-0.05%Vc具有较好的护色效果,可以用于二次杀菌软包装清水雷竹笋储运和销售过程中的护色。
