摘要:
Due to the continuous improvement of industrial production requirements and green manufacturing demand, manufacturing enterprises and factories need to constantly optimize and improve the system structure. Based on the actual problems in the actual coal blending process, this paper analyzes the reason of the coal blending error in coal blending process and the optimization scheme of intelligent control of coal blending process. We optimized the overall structure of the coal blending system, improved the coal blending system which use the fuzzy control system. At the same time, we used MATLAB to simulate and analyse the simulation results. This paper gives an illustration to the optimal structure and system of the coal blending system, effectively improves the accuracy and stability of the coal blending process control system, reduces the coal blending error and improves the quality of coal blending in general.

Abstract: Al2O3 particle reinforced Ti2AlN matrix composites were prepared by vacuum hot pressing in situ forming Al2O3. The microstructure of the hot-pressed composite was analyzed by metallographic microscope, scanning electron microscope and transmission electron microscope. The phase composition of the hot-pressed composite was analyzed by x-ray diffraction (XRD). The composites mainly consist of thermodynamically stable α-Al2O3 phase and Ti2AlN phase. The Al2O3 particles are dispersed in the continuous Ti2AlN matrix. The volume fraction of Al2O3 phase is 40% ± 5%. The Al2O3 particles that the size is between 500 nm and 2 μm with an average of about 1 μm are equiaxed. The grain of Ti2AlN phase is disc-like, its thickness is about 100 nm, its length is between 0.5 and 2 μm, and its average geometric size is about 0.3 μm.#@#@#摘要: 采用真空热压法原位形成强化相Al2O3,制备出Al2O3颗粒增强Ti2AlN基复合材料。本文采用金相显微镜,扫描电镜,透射电镜分析了热压态复合材料的微观组织,采用x-射线衍射分析(XRD)分析了热压态复合材料的相组成。制备的Al2O3/Ti2AlN复合材料由热力学稳定的α-Al2O3相和Ti2AlN相组成,其中Al2O3颗粒弥散分布在连续的Ti2AlN基体里。Al2O3相的体积分数为40% ± 5%,呈等轴状,颗粒尺寸分布在500 nm~2 μm之间,平均为1 μm左右。Ti2AlN相晶粒为盘状,厚度大约是100 nm,长度在0.5~2 μm之间,平均几何尺寸0.3 μm左右。

摘要:
The production technology research of alkaline noodles is of instructive significance to existing noodle industry. As the key device of alkaline noodle automatic production line, the wrapper cutting and rolling device is designed in detail in this paper. On the basis of determining the overall layout of the device and relative position relations between modules, we research the key components, such as dough wrapper conveyer, the fixed-length cutting device, the dough wrapper rolling device, the roller die storage device and the rack, This paper emphasis on the parametric design of wrapper cutting and rolling device, using the MATLAB software to solve the cam profile curve of rising curve of roller die.

Commercial zinc oxide nanoparticles were modified by silane coupling agent of KH550 and KH560, respectively. The obtained nanocomposite was characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Thermogravimetric analyses (TGA) and apparent sedimentation stability (Sapp). Then, nano-ZnO/high-density polyethylene (HDPE) composite films were prepared via melt blending and a hot compression-molding process. The antibacterial testing of the films against E. coli and S. aureus was carried out via plate counting. SEM, TGA and Sapp suggest the modifier of silane changed the surface hydrophilicity and effectively broke the agglomerations of nanoparticles. Antibacterial testing results indicated the antibacterial rate of the films increased with increasing nano-ZnO content. At a low doped content of 0.2 wt%, the types of coupling agent influenced the antibacterial property with that of KH560-modified nano-ZnO/HDPE KH550-modified nano-ZnO/HDPE unmodified nano-ZnO/HDPE films. When the dosage nano-ZnO was over 0.2 wt%, the differences of antibacterial activity resulted by modification was concealed by the strong antibacterial activity with near 100% of the nano- ZnO/HDPE composite films.
