日粮不同非蛋白氮水平条件下异位酸对山羊瘤胃发酵的影响

摘要:
试验利用体外产气法研究日粮不同非蛋白氮水平条件下异位酸对山羊瘤胃发酵的影响.试验采用单因子设计,非蛋白氮(NPN)设置4个添加水平,分别为0(对照组)、0.5%、1.0%、1.5%,每个水平设4个重复,复合异位酸添加水平为0.3%.体外连续培养24 h,测定24 h累计产气量、细菌氮含量和中性洗涤纤维(NDF)降解率.试验结果表明,各组间累计产气量差异均不显著(P>0.05),但是1.0%组和1.5%组的累计产气量有增加的趋势;各组间细菌氮含量差异均不显著(P>0.05),但是随着NPN添加水平的提高,细菌氮含量有降低的趋势;各处理组的中性洗涤纤维(NDF)降解率与对照组比较差异极显著(P<0.01),添加0.5%、1.0%、1.5%非蛋白氮的试验组NDF降解率分别降低了6.62%、11.50%和13.16%.总体来看,在本试验条件下,不同非蛋白氮水平条件下,0.3%异位酸并没有起到改善瘤胃发酵的作用.

摘要:
本研究通过试验探讨不同水平的α-酮戊二酸(AKG)对小肠组织学形态和功能的影响。试验1和试验2各选取32头仔猪,按体重随机分为4个处理,分别饲喂添加0、0.5%、1.0%和2.0%AKG的试验日粮;于试验第14天,测定血浆D-木糖浓度、二胺氧化酶(DAO)活性、内毒素含量。试验3选用12头仔猪,按体重随机分为2个处理,分别为基础日粮组和添加1.0%AKG的试验日粮组;于试验第14天,观察小肠黏膜形态。试验结果表明:试验1和试验2中,D-木糖含量均随AKG水平的增高而上升(P<0.05),当AKG水平为1.0%时达到最高(二次,P<0.05);试验1中血浆中的DAO活性随着AKG水平增高而降低(P<0.01),当AKG水平为1.0%时最低(二次,P<0.05);试验3中1.0%AKG组各肠段绒毛高度与隐窝深度比值(VH/CD)较对照组显著下降(P<0.05)。由试验结果得出,日粮中添加AKG可在一定程度上改善仔猪的小肠组织学形态和吸收功能,以1.0%比例添加效果较好。

摘要:
Peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor gamma (PPAR gamma), a member of the nuclear hormone receptor superfamily, has been implicated in regulation of immunity and inflammation in rodents and humans. The objective of the current study was to investigate whether the expression of PPAR gamma was altered in the immune system of weaned pigs after Escherichia coli lipopolysaccharide (LPS) injection. PPAR gamma expression was investigated in the thymus, spleen, mesenteric lymph node and peripheral white blood cells of weaned pigs (8.54 +/- 0.24 kg BW) after LPS injection (100 mu g/kg BW, n = 6) and controls (sterile saline, n = 6), by using real-time polymerase chain reaction, Western blot analysis, and immunohistochemistry. Plasma pro-inflammatory cytokines and hormones were also assessed. LPS triggered PPAR gamma mRNA and protein expression in the thymus (P < 0.05, 4.24-fold; P < 0.10, 1.46-fold), spleen (P < 0.10, 2.75-fold; P < 0.05, 1.84-fold), mesenteric lymph node (P < 0.05, 4.32-fold; P < 0.05, 1.96-fold) and peripheral white blood cells (P < 0.001, 24.44-fold; P < 0.001, 1.58-fold). The LPS-injected pigs showed an increase in PPAR gamma staining in splenic corpuscle and periarterial lymphatic sheath of white pulp (P < 0.05) and red pulp (P < 0.001) of spleen, and in medullas of thymus lobule of thymus (P < 0.05), and in thymus-dependent area of mesenteric lymph node (P < 0.05) compared to the control pigs. Concurrent with up-regulation of PPAR gamma expression, LPS induced increases in plasma interleukin-6 (P < 0.001), tumor necrosis factor-alpha (P < 0.001), cortisol (P < 0.001), prostaglandin E-2 (P < 0.01) and 15-deoxy-Delta(12,14)-prostaglandin J(2) (15d-PGJ(2)) (P < 0.05), and decreases in plasma insulin (P < 0.10) and insulin-like growth factor-1 (P < 0.001). These results suggest that induction of PPAR gamma expression in immune system may be associated with the release of the natural PPAR gamma activating ligand 15d-PGJ(2), and play an important role in host response to immunological stress. Additionally, it is possible that PPAR gamma would be a new therapeutic target in treatment of immunological stress of livestock. (c) 2008 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.

本试验利用体外产气法研究复合异位酸对比单体异位酸对山羊瘤胃发酵的影响:采用单因子试验设计,设5个处理,分别为添加(占发酵底物质量):0.2%复合异位酸、0.9%异丁酸、0.3%2-甲基丁酸、0.6%戊酸、0.3%异戊酸,每个处理4个重复,体外连续培养24h,测定累计产气量、细菌氮含量和中性洗涤纤维(NDF)降解率。结果表明,复合异住酸组的累计产气量和细菌氮含量高于其他各组,差异显著(P〈0.05);各组间NDF降解率差异均不显著(P〉0.05)。在本试验中,复合异位酸改善瘤胃发酵的效果优于各单体异位酸。

摘要:
研究灌胃猪血浆IgG提取物对小白鼠免疫功能的影响.采用腹腔注射环磷酰胺制造试验小白鼠的免疫功能抑制模型,选用齐墩果酸为阳性对照组,猪血浆IgG提取物为试验组,预饲5 d后,然后将猪血浆IgG提取物按每千克体重45、90和180 mg 3种剂量给小白鼠连续灌胃10 d后测定小白鼠免疫水平的变化.小白鼠灌胃猪血浆IgG提取物后,对抗由环磷酰胺引起的小白鼠免疫器官萎缩有一定的保护作用,并对环磷酰胺所致动物DTH反应低下有一定的对抗作用;能显著增加小白鼠血清中IgG的含量和免疫球蛋白的含量(P<0.05),能显著增加小白鼠血清中球蛋白的含量(P<0.05),灌胃猪血浆IgG提取物能显著提高小白鼠的免疫功能.

BACKGROUND: Sodium (Na+), chloride (Cl−) and phosphorus (Pi) are involved in a number of metabolic and physiological processes in the body, and these mineral elements must be supplied to the animal via the diet. The intention of this study was to evaluate the effect of dietary supplementation with different levels of sodium chloride (0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4, 0.5 and 0.6% NaCl) on apparent and true P digestibility (APD and TPD) and dry matter (DM), crude protein (CP) and calcium (Ca) digestibility in weanling pigs. RESULTS: Dietary NaCl had a quadratic effect on both APD and TPD (P < 0.05) but not on DM, CP and Ca digestibility (P > 0.05). At an NaCl concentration of 0.41% the APD and TPD values were 41.5 and 53.3% respectively. CONCLUSION: These results suggest that a high level of dietary Na+ may enhance P absorption and improve its digestibility by coupling Na+ transportation to Pi absorption via the energy‐requiring Na+/Pi co‐transporter. 酵母是一种重要的单细胞微生物,与人们的日常生活和工业应用密切相关。酵母的生产和发展已经有200多年的历史。在美国,用酵母产品饲喂动物的历史已超过100年。这些产品包括在农场里制作的酵母发酵饲料、酿酒厂产生的酵母副产品以及专门为饲喂动物而生产的商业性酵母产品(龙凌,2001)。酵母在饲料中最初作为单细胞蛋白产品替代饲料中部分鱼粉,不仅解决了部分地区蛋白资源紧缺的问题,也大大降低了饲料成本。随着酵母工业的发展和对酵母产品的研究不断加深,酵母及其相关产品在饲料工业中有了更广泛的应用,也展现出了广阔的应用前景。

摘要:
研究了在饲料中添加稀土壳聚糖螯合盐(RECC)对水产颗粒饲料性能的影响.根据鲫(Carassius auratus)鱼苗的营养需求配制4种类型的RECC试验日粮,即1号饲料(0.00%)、2号饲料(0.08%)、3号饲料(0.16%)和4号饲料(0.24%).测定4种饲料的粉化率和溶失率.结果显示,添加稀土壳聚糖螯合盐后可以降低饲料的粉化率,饲料中添加0.16%的稀土壳聚糖螯合盐效果尤其明显(P<0.01);在饲料中添加RECC可以显著降低饲料的溶失率(P<0.05),并可以提高和改善水产颗粒饲料的性能.

摘要:
BACKGROUND: Recently, rice protein concentrate (RPC), a much cheaper source of dietary protein, has become commercially available for use in the feed industry. Importantly, dietary supplementation with RPC can increase feed intake by early‐weaned pigs. The objective of this study was to determine whether RPC can replace milk protein in the diet for early‐weaned pigs. RESULTS: Neither average daily gain (ADG), average daily feed intake (ADFI), nor the feed/gain ratio differed among the treatment groups in weeks 1 and 2. In week 3, the addition of 5 or 10% RPC to diets increased (P < 0.05) ADFI and ADG of pigs compared to those in the control group fed a 60% dried whey diet. During the entire 21‐day trial, ADFI and ADG were greater (P < 0.05) in pigs fed the 5 and 10% RCP diets than in pigs fed the 60% dried whey and 15% RCP diets. There were no differences in the serum concentrations of growth hormone on days 14 and 21, serum concentrations of insulin growth factor‐I (IGF‐I) on day 14, or IGF‐I gene expression in liver and skeletal muscle on days 14 and 21 among the dietary treatments. Serum concentrations of IGF‐I in pigs fed the 5, 10 and 15% RPC diets were greater than those in pigs fed the 60% dried whey diet. CONCLUSION: Findings indicate that up to 10% RPC can be used to replace dried whey in the diet for 7‐ to 21‐day‐old weaned piglets and can improve their growth performance. 研究脂多糖(Lipopolysaccharide,LPS)对断奶仔猪外周血白细胞、胸腺、脾脏和肠道淋巴结过氧化物酶体增殖物活化受体(PPARγ)mRNA表达水平的影响,探讨免疫应激是否影响免疫细胞和免疫器官PPARγmRNA的表达。选取12头健康的(21±1)d断奶仔猪,分成2个处理,每个处理6个重复。试验组注射100μg/kg BW的LPS,对照组注射等量的生理盐水。于注射LPS后1.5和3 h,采血分离血浆、白细胞;注射LPS后3 h屠宰仔猪,取胸腺、脾脏和肠道淋巴结进行相关检测。结果表明:(1)LPS刺激后1.5和3 h,肿瘤坏死因子TNF-α和皮质醇含量均急剧上升(P〈0.001);LPS刺激后3 h,胰岛素含量显著下降(P〈0.001),胰高血糖素含量显著上升(P〈0.001)。此外,LPS刺激也导致血液生化指标发生了显著变化。这表明LPS刺激导致机体处于急性免疫应激状态。(2)LPS刺激导致外周血白细胞(P〈0.001)、胸腺(P〈0.05)和肠道淋巴结(P〈0.05)的PPARγmRNA表达量显著升高,表明免疫应激诱导了免疫细胞和免疫器官中PPARγmRNA的表达。提示PPARγ可能参与仔猪免疫应激的调控,可能成为缓解免疫应激的一个新靶点。

This study was conducted to test the hypothesis that dietary supplementation with an herbal extract of Acanthopanax senticosus (AS) enhances the immune response in weaned piglets. Sixty piglets weaned at 21 days of age were randomly assigned to 3 treatment groups representing the addition of 0 or 1 g/kg of the AS extract or 0.2 g/kg of colistin (an antibiotic) to maize- and soybean meal-based diets (n = 20 per group). On days 7, 14 and 28 after initiation of the addition, total and differential counts of leucocytes, proliferating activity of peripheral lymphocytes, serum levels of immunoglobulins (Ig) and cytokines and the spleen index were determined. The AS extract decreased (p<0.05) the number of neutrophils on days 7 and 28 in comparison with the control group and reduced (p<0.05) serum interleukin-1β level on day 28 compared with the other 2 groups. Dietary supplementation with the AS extract increased (p<0.05) the lymphocyte/leukocyte ratio on day 28 compared with the control group and increased the proliferating activity of lymphocytes on days 14 and 28 compared with the other 2 groups. The AS extract increased (p<0.05) the serum content of IgG on day 7 and of IgG and IgM on day 28 compared with the other 2 groups, as well as increasing the serum content of tumor necrosis factor on day 7 and spleen index on days 7 and 28 compared with the control group. Collectively, these findings suggest that the AS extract as a dietary additive enhances the cellular and humoral immune responses of weaned piglets by modulating the production of immunocytes, cytokines and antibodies.

This experiment was conducted to compare the effectiveness of DL-2-hydroxy-4-(methylthio)butanoic acid (HMTBA) and DL-methionine (DLM) on growth performance and carcase quality of broilers in a 2 × 3 × 2 factorial experimental design including two methionine (Met) sources, three equimolar levels of Met supplementation and two sexes. No difference was observed between the two Met sources in growth performance and muscle deposition from 10 to 49 d. With increasing Met levels, average daily gain was increased in the starter, grower and overall phases, average daily feed intake was increased in the starter phase, and feed:gain ratio was decreased in the grower and overall phases. Met supplementation increased breast muscle content and decreased abdominal fat content. Broilers given HMTBA had breast and thigh muscle coloration that was characterised as superior to those fed DLM. These results indicated that Met supplementation improved growth performance and carcase quality irrespective of the Met sources. Compared to DLM, HMTBA has the same molar bioefficacy for improving the growth performance and carcase quality; however, HMTBA-fed birds had superior meat colour to DLM-fed birds. © 2007 British Poultry Science Ltd.

本试验旨在以玉米为样本筛选用绵羊小肠液冻干粉测定精饲料瘤胃非降解残渣淀粉小肠消化率的最佳培养条件.分别研究了小肠液冻干粉用量(0.2、0.3、0.4、0.5和0.6 g)对16 h玉米瘤胃非降解残渣干物质和淀粉小肠消化率的影响;离体培养时间(4、8、12、16、20和24 h)对16 h玉米瘤胃非降解残渣干物质和淀粉小肠消化率的影响.结果表明,在本试验条件下,绵羊小肠液冻干粉测定玉米瘤胃非降解残渣淀粉小肠消化率的最佳用量为0.45 g小肠液冻干粉/0.56 g玉米瘤胃非降解残渣,最佳培养时间为12 h.利用绵羊小肠液冻干粉测定常用饲料过瘤胃残渣淀粉小肠消化率的方法是可行的.

本文旨在研究精胺(Spermine)对断奶仔猪生产性能和肠道吸收功能的影响。选取来源一致、体重相近的21日龄断奶仔猪30头,随机分为5组,每组6个重复,自断奶当天起,分别每天口腔灌服0μmol,300μmol、600μmol、900μmol和1200μmol的精胺,连续灌服3天.试验期为14d.结果表明:(1)每天灌服900μmol和1200μmol的精胺,可显著提高仔猪的平均日采食量(ADFI)(P<0.05),但并未改善断奶仔猪的日增重(ADG)、料肉比(F/G)(P>0.05);(2)断奶后第7天,精胺各组与对照组血清D-木糖含量无显著差异(P>0.05);断奶后第14天,1200μmol/d精胺组血清D-木糖含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。

猪肠膜双酶分步酶解工艺的研究

摘要:
以猪小肠黏膜提取肝素后的滤渣为原料,利用木瓜蛋白酶和中性蛋白酶对猪肠膜进行双酶分阶段水解.在单因素试验的基础上采用正交试验对水解条件进行优化.结果表明:木瓜蛋白酶和中性蛋白酶双酶分阶段水解的最佳酶解工艺为:木瓜蛋白酶-中性酶的加酶量比为1∶2,总酶量8000U/g蛋白,底物浓度为5%,pH7.0,温度55℃,酶解时间3h.通过喷雾干燥生产出成品,其蛋白质含量为37.5%.
