摘要:
Group decision making is widely adopted to solve the vital problems by companies and governments. This kind of decision making aggregates multiple experts' knowledge to give a deep insight into the essential of problems. So, the correct information collecting and aggregating are the important processes before a final decision is made. The paper tries to find a way to mine information from pair-wise comparison matrixes given by group decision makers, this will be done by four approaches proposed, two of them mine information from single matrix, which can be used to check the effectiveness of single decision maker's judgment matrix, and other two of them mine information from group matrixes, which can help decision makers find where the conflict will be and infer the consensus degree of the final decision. At last, an example is arranged to illustrate the effect of the way.

摘要:
As we all known that a socio economic system is a complicated system. A system designed here may be expected to get good control effects. Firstly, a new approach to grey state model of socio economic systems is proposed. Secondly, a grey prediction controller, which is to control the soci economic sysytem's behaviour in advance is designed. It is suitably applied to the controlled objects with long time lag and without complete model information.

摘要:
The traditional gray prediction model is widely used in various fields, but it has some limitations. In this paper, a method based on genetic algorithm optimizing gray modeling process is proposed, and the flow chart of modeling is given. This method makes full use of the advantages of the gray prediction model and characteristics of genetic algorithm to find global optimization. So the prediction model is more accurate. The Example shows that the model can be used as energy consumption demand an effective tool for prediction.

As a novel semi-structured language, XML has become the de facto standard of data exchange over the Internet, due to that XML is characterized by self-described, scalable and convenient for exchange. In order to filter the XML publishing events, a novel filtering method is presented with the optimized rewriting method and then, the proposed algorithm is proved by the algorithm analysis.

A pyramid approach for remote sensing image registration based on mutual information and grey relational analysis is presented. The methodology applies edge information of image extracted using grey relational analysis and combines with mutual information regarding as similarity measure. First, the image pyramid is constructed by wavelet transform, and then coarse-to-fine multi-resolution search approaches have been put forward to increase accuracy and efficiency. An exhaustive search algorithm is applied at the coarsest level of the image pyramid. Registration at higher levels can be performed with the result at the pervious level serving as the initial condition. The effective and exact matching results can be obtained by applying the algorithm to remote sensing image registration.

Needs in scintimammography applications, especially for small animal cardiac imaging, lead to develop a small field of view, high spatial resolution gamma camera with a pinhole collimator. However the ideal pinhole collimator must keep a compromise between spatial resolution and sensitivity. In order to design a pinhole collimator with an optimized sensitivity and spatial resolution, the spatial resolution and the geometric sensitivity response as a function of the source to collimator distance has been obtained by means of Monte-Carlo simulation for a small field of view gamma camera with a pinhole collimator of various-hole diameters. The results show that the camera with pinhole of 1 mm, 1.5 mm and 2 mm diameter has respectively spatial resolution of 1.5 mm, 2.25 mm and 3 mm and geometric sensitivity of 0.016%, 0.022% and 0.036%, while the source to collimator distance is 3 cm. We chose the pinhole collimator with hole diameter size of 1.2 mm for our the gamma camera designed based on the trade-off between sensitivity and resolution.

The Campus Access Network (CAN) is an open network environment in recently years, and presents various users. The CAN security, the security consciousness and skills of people are closely related. Therefore, we must carry through the security education to the different users of CAN, which is beneficial to the CAN security applications. The Role-based Access Control (RBAC) concept and its model are introduced in the paper. The CAN that adopts for designing to specifically access control based on role is also illustrated.

Edge feature is one kind of very important feature in multi-source remote sensing image registration and is the foundation of image registration based on edges. An algorithm is proposed, which makes full use of tensor voting and multi-resolution algorithm to extract the large edges of remote sensing images, and combines the accurate localization of the tensor voting in high resolution and the anti-noise performance in low resolution after wavelet transformation to detect more complete edges. The proposed method has provided one kind of steady match characteristic for the multiple source remote sensing image registration.

摘要:
Development of foreign trade of any country’s economic growth is very important. The import-export trade has the important promotion effect to the country's economic development, and it is of great significance for formulating scientifically the strategy and the policy of the coordinated development between resources, environment and economy that to effectively forecast the total amount of import and export trade. A method based on genetic algorithm optimizing grey modeling process is introduced in this paper. This method makes full use of the advantages of the grey forecast model and characteristics of genetic algorithm to find global optimization. So the forecast model is more accurate. According to data from a province, the GM (1, 1) model for forecasting the total volume of import-export trade was given based on the grey system theories and genetic algorithm. The result indicates that the model can be used as the total volume of import-export trade an effective tool for forecasting.

摘要:
Natural gas consumption is an important index to reflect living and spending levels of residents. Carries on the prediction to it, to ensure network capacity, carry out the optimization of network scheduling, equipment maintenance and so on, is of great significance. In this paper it introduces grey modelling method optimized by genetic algorithm. The grey prediction model of natural gas consumption is given. An example is given to verify the model and contrast the actual consumption. The result indicates that the method predicting natural gas consumption is simple and accurate, that the model has good adaptability and accuracy, and that the method is important to optimize the operation and united dispatch management of the transmission and distribution pipeline network.

The detection method of pests in stored grain is always investigated. The method of based on image recognition is often discussed.The wavelet transform is the localization analysis of time and frequency, and it can multi-scale refine the signal by calculating of flex and transition. This paper presents a method of using the wavelet transform to detect the image of pests in stored grain edge based on the multi-scale analysis of the wavelet transform in the image processing field. The method acquires the information of the image edge by detecting the image local maxima of the two-dimension wavelet transform. The examples show that the method can obtain better edge detection.

Web database is a combined production with database technology and Web technology, it stores and manages a great deal of data, if they are embezzled or juggled, which maybe bring enormous political and economic losses to the society. So it is imperative to properly establish security for Web database against illegitimate intrusion. The host identity protocol (HIP) is designed by the Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF), it introduces a separation between the host identity and location identity, and is used to authenticate the host identity of an end system and to set up a limited relationship of trust between two hosts on the Internet. One Web security model is established using the host identity protocol. Its architecture is given. The security of the model is also analyzed and discussed in the paper.

摘要:
There is no mobile phone devices or wire net line equipments for real-time control in some industrial fields such as metallurgy, mine, transferring port. Therefore, the Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN) monitoring platform system is investigated for these industrial fields in the paper. Using Radio Frequency (RF) wireless distributed network and the embedded technology, the monitoring platform's module structure has been established. The hardware and software of monitoring system have been analyzed. The configure mode of the wireless monitoring devices has also been given. Using the given control modules, RF wireless transmitting, data acquiring and processing of signals, as well as equipment states diagnosing can be implemented. The research shows that the system platform can solve the communication and monitoring problems in such no cable net line equipments and no mobile phone field-working environments and that the control system given has the characteristic of reliability and flexibility. More ever this system is economic, and is auspicious for further applications.

摘要:
A platform is proposed in this paper for fundamental study of the miniaturized MEMS packaging on its long term performance such as actual vacuum level maintaining inside the packaging cavity, and durability of the packaging shell subjected to cycling thermal loading. In particular, a sensor composed of quartz crystal is introduced for vacuum measurement. The quartz crystal is placed in the internal cavity of the MEMS packaging and is excited by an exciting source which is formed by Direct Digital Synthesizer (DDS). The voltage signal from both ends of the quartz crystal is outputed to comparison circuits to compare the phase and amplitude of the signal. Then it is transmitted to the SCM after AD conversion for measuring and monitoring the vacuum degree of internal cavity of the MEMS package after processing and calibration. It has been found that the actual vacuum level within the cavity is much lower than the applied vacuum level in the packaging chamber. The proposed vacuum packaging shell with double walls has been found to provide perfect structure to help maintain long life when the packaging is subjected to the cycling thermal loading.

In this paper, a Stochastic Petri Net (SPN) model is constructed to analyze the performance of Border Gateway Protocol - Satellite version (BGP-S) in satellite networks. Then, the effects of satellite coverage angle, data packet size, network data rate on average time delay and average throughput are also analyzed using Stochastic Petri Net Package (SPNP) 6.0. Furthermore, a NS-2-based simulation is implemented to validate the correctness of the SPN model. The numerical results of the SPN model show a good match to simulation results of NS-2. Because of its easiness and accuracy, the proposed approach has great benefit to the design and performance analysis of satellite networks.
