摘要:
主要研究不同的样品温度对基于激光近红外食用植物油分类模型预测能力的影响.选择样品温度分别为30、40、50、60 ℃作为研究对象,利用激光近红外光谱仪采集4种温度下的合格食用油样品的光谱数据,用标准正态变量变换(SNV)对光谱数据进行预处理,应用支持向量机分类(SVC)方法建立独立温度分类模型和混合温度分类模型,然后采用遗传算法(GA)对模型参数组合(C,g)进行寻优,确定最佳参数组合,利用建立的8个模型对4种不同温度下的预测集样品分别进行预测.试验结果表明:某个样品温度下的独立模型对于该温度下的样品的预测准确率较高,但是对于其他温度下的样品的预测准确率不够理想;混合模型对不同温度的样品预测能力相对较好,具有更好的预测稳定性和温度适应性.研究表明:样品温度对模型的预测能力有很大的影响,是建立食用植物油分类模型过程中需要考虑的重要变量.

摘要:
利用近红外光谱技术结合支持向量机对植物油脂酸值含量进行回归预测。收集大豆油、花生油等油样共37份,应用激光近红外光谱仪对油样进行光谱采集,采用标准正态变量变化、多元散射校正和正交信号校正3种不同方法进行预处理。运用网格搜索法进行参数寻优,寻找最佳参数组合(C,g),建立支持向量机回归模型进行定量预测。研究表明,经过SNV、MSC和OSC预处理数据建立的模型的惩罚因子C均只有1,大大降低了模型出现过拟合现象的概率,提高了模型的泛化能力、稳健性和预测能力;预处理方法MSC和SNV建立的SVR模型校正集相关系数R较高,均达到99%;OSC建立的SVR模型具有最佳的预测性能,预测相关系数R达到93%以上;采用激光近红外光谱技术预测植物油脂酸值含量的方法是可靠的,为实现植物油脂酸值的快速检测提供了重要的依据。

摘要:
该文主要研究激光近红外光谱分析技术结合化学计量学方法对稻米油掺伪进行定性-定量分析。 分别将大豆油、 玉米油、 菜籽油、 餐饮废弃油掺入稻米油中, 按照不同质量比配置189个掺伪油样, 利用激光近红外光谱仪采集光谱; 对采集的稻米油掺伪图谱数据进行多元散射校正(MSC)、 正交信号校正(OSC)、 标准正态变量变换和去趋势技术联用算法(SNV_DT)三种不同预处理并与原始数据进行比较。 采用连续投影算法(SPA)对经过预处理的光谱数据进行特征波长提取, 应用支持向量机分类(SVC)方法建立稻米油掺伪样品的定性分类校正模型, 选择网格搜索算法对模型参数组合(C, g)进行寻优, 确定最优参数组合。 另采用后向间隔偏最小二乘法(BiPLS)和SPA对预处理后的光谱数据进行特征波长提取, 分别应用偏最小二乘法(PLS)和支持向量机回归(SVR)建立掺伪油含量的定量校正模型, 并选用网格搜索算法对SVR模型参数组合(C, g)进行寻优, 建立最优参数模型。 研究表明, 建立的SVC模型预测集和校正集的准确率分别达到了95%和100%;对比SVR和PLS方法建立的数学模型对稻米油中掺杂油脂的含量的预测, 两种方法均能够实现含量预测, SVR模型的预测能力更好, 相关系数R高于0.99, 均方根误差(MSE)低于5.55×10~(-4), 预测精度高。 结果表明, 采用激光近红外光谱分析技术可以实现稻米油掺伪的定性-定量分析, 同时为其他油脂的掺伪分析提供了方法。

摘要:
The pressed oil-extraction process is essentially a process of oil seepage through porous cake-shaped media. Permeability of seepage field changes along with the change of porous media caused by press pressure. The change of permeability affects fluid pressure and effective pressure of oil cake pores, which means that porosity is influenced. On the contrary, the change of porosity also has an impact on permeability. The interaction between the seepage and rheology fields is termed as fluid-solid coupling. If rheology of oil cakes is considered, the fluid-solid coupling seepage with the rheological properties is the essence of the pressed oil-extraction process. In the present study, we studied a permeability model based on the deformable and rheological properties of oilseed cakes and the effective stress. The seepage and rheology fields were analyzed by alternative application of the finite difference and finite element methods. The finite element calculation model of nonlinear rheology field was established by the time step-initial strain method. We used flax and cotton seeds as examples to perform numerical simulation and calculate the displacement and pore fluid pressure dissipation of flaxseed and cottonseed oil during the press process.

In this study, qualitative and quantitative analyses of peanut oils adulterated with waste oil, soybean oil, corn oil and canola oil were performed by combining near infrared (NIR) spectroscopy with chemometrics methods. With NIR spectrometer, the spectra of 108 adulterated peanut oil samples were collected. The collected data were preprocessed with three different preprocessing approaches, including standard normal variate (SNV) transformation, de-trending (DT), and orthogonal signal correction (OSC). Backward interval partial least squares (BiPLS) was used to extract the characteristic wavelengths of the preprocessed data. On the intervals of the full spectrum and the characteristic wavelengths, support vector classification qualitative discriminant models and support vector regression quantitative analysis models were established. Experiments demonstrated that the established qualitative models could accurately determine the type of adulterant in peanut oil, with the accuracies on both the calibration set and the prediction set reaching 100%. With the quantitative models, the percentage of adulteration (3% ∼55%) could be determined accurately, with correlation coefficients as high as 99.10%. All the models returned prediction root mean square errors lower than 6.96E-4. It was validated that the combination of NIR spectroscopy with chemometrics methods can realize the qualitative and quantitative detection of adulteration of peanut oil. ©(2014) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.

摘要:
应用近红外光谱技术结合支持向量机回归(support vector machine regression,SVR)方法测量食用植物油脂低碳数脂肪酸(C≤14)含量。使用SupNIR-5700近红外光谱仪采集58个样品的近红外光谱图,通过偏最小二乘(partial least square,PLS)算法剔除奇异样品。选择其中具有代表性的52个样品进行主成分分析(principal component analysis,PCA),选取径向基(radial basis function,RBF)核函数建立支持向量机回归模型,并对光谱预处理方法和参数寻优方法进行了详细的分析和讨论。实验表明,经过粒子群算法(parti-cle swarm optimization,PSO)优化后模型的性能都有所提高,泛化能力更强,预测的准确度和稳健性更好;其中预处理方法2经过PSO优化寻优后的参数C=2.085,γ=22.20时,预测集和校正集相关系数(correla-tion coefficient,r)分别达到了0.998 0和0.925 8,均方根误差(root mean square error,MSE)分别为0.000 4和0.014 3。研究结果表明,应用近红外光谱结合PSO-SVR方法进行食用植物油脂低碳数脂肪酸含量快速、准确的预测是可行的。

以冷态压榨成型的大豆和棉籽油料饼为研究对象,对两种油料饼的孔隙微观结构进行分形特性研究,采用Hagen—Poiseuille公式结合分形理论建立植物油料饼渗透率分形模型。以冷态压榨方式实际测定大豆和棉籽油料饼的渗透率。对模型计算值与试验测试值进行对比得到大豆饼模型的相对平均误差为18.7%,棉籽饼模型的相对平均误差为12.4%。

摘要:
Aiming at cold-pressed oil cakes of linseed and sunflower seed, the pore fractal characteristics of microstructures have been studied. By combining Hagen-Poiseuille equation with fractal theory, a fractal permeability model for oil cake has been developed. The permeability of linseed and sunflower seed cakes under cold-pressed condition has been measured. It was found that the relative average errors are 12.8% and 16.8% for the soybean cake and sunflower seed cake respectively by comparing the result from the model calculation and experiment.

Considering the fractal characteristic of oilseed cake, the relationship between the permeability and the pore fractal dimension of peanut and sesame cake has been investigated. The microstructures of peanut and sesame cake under five applied pressures are measured by using stereo light microscope and Image-pro image analyzer. Using the box-counting method, the fractal dimensions of pore size distributions are measured. A mathematical model incorporated fractal dimension and permeability has been developed to predicate the permeability of compressed peanut and sesame under cold condition based upon combining Hagen-Poiseulle equation with Darcy's law for flow of fluid through porous media. There is a prediction of permeability of peanut and sesame cake. Thus, a measurement is carried out for validation. The values of mean relative errors are 19.4% and 11.4 respectively. A fairly good agreement is obtained in the case of high applied pressure. And there exists a tendency that the value of the difference between the theoretical calculation and the permeability measurement decrease significantly with the increase of applied pressure. ©(2012) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.

初步探讨了利用近红外光谱分析技术对大豆油、花生油和以地沟油为代表的餐饮废弃油脂鉴别分类的可行性.试验证明:在1700-1800nm波段范围对样品经Savitzky—Golay一阶求导和矢量归一化后的近红外光谱进行主成分聚类分析,可以有效的鉴另1】出地沟油,鉴别准确率为98.25%。研究表明:近红外光谱分析法结合主成分聚类分析为简单、快速和无损的鉴别餐饮废弃油脂提供了一种新的思路和可靠的手段。

In view of the fact that dehulled rapeseed cake formed under cold pressing condition is a fractal structure, the relation between the permeability and the pore fractal dimension of dehulled rapeseed cake has been investigated using fractal geometry. The microstructures of dehulled rapeseed cake under six pressing pressures are measured by using scanning electronic microscope and Image-pro image analyzer. The fractal dimensions of pore size distributions are measured by the box-counting method. Combining Hagen-Poiseulle equation with Darcy's law for flow of fluid through porous media, the relational expression of fractal dimension and permeability has been developed to predicate the permeability of compressed dehulled rapeseed cake under cold condition. The permeability experiments of dehulled rapeseed cake are also carried out in order to validate the predication model proposed in this study. The value of mean relative error is 15.5%. A fairly good agreement is obtained in the case of high pressing pressures. ©(2010) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.

By using of combining theoretical model with empirical model, the nonlinear viscoelastic-plastic constitutive equations of soybean and cottonseed were developed on the basis of the creep test. The parameter inverse problem of constitutive model was proposed using improved particles swarm optimization. Numerical simulations of creep of soybean and cottonseed were carried out. The definition of critical pressing time for oil extraction and the method for determining the critical pressing time using creep rate were proposed. The values of critical pressing time for extruded soybean and cottonseed under six applied pressures were evaluated. Results indicated that the nonlinear viscoelastic-plastic constitutive model could simulate rheological behaviors of soybean and cottonseed very well. Mean relative deviations between the experimental and predicted values of soybean and cottonseed were 1.55% and 1.93%, respectively. There were significant decreases in the values for the creep rates in the early stage of pressing, and decreases to an insignificant and stabilize value in the later stage. ©2010 ACADEMY PUBLISHER.

The numerical simulation model of mechanical oil expression from vegetable oil was developed. It was solved by using of combining finite difference with finite element. The displacement experiment for extracted sesame was used to validate the model. As an applied example, the predictions of pore-fluid pressure dissipation and distribution were carried out. The predicted values of displacement conformed to the measured values well. The pore-fluid pressure decreased with increasing pressing time. The pore-fluid pressure dissipation for the case of double surface seepage was faster than for the case of single surface under the same pressing pressure. The pore-fluid pressure distribution would become uniform with pressing time, and become nonuniform with pressing pressure. And the pore-fluid pressure distributions for the case of double surface seepage were generally more uniform than for the case of single surface.

The microstructures of dehulled rapeseed cake under six applied pressures were measured using scanning electronic microscope and Image-pro software. Fractal dimensions were measured and calculated by the box-counting method. Results showed that the fractal characteristic of dehulled rapeseed cake was obvious, the fractal dimension were significantly affected by applied pressure. Their fractal dimension values decreased significantly with increasing applied pressure. It was concluded that with increasing applied pressure the pore structure is further complicated.
