摘要:
Cashew classification technology is tested by the method of orthogonal test in this paper, and it found the main factors, the trend and the optimum operating parameters of cashew classification by observing three factors of the sieve length, drum speed and the number of turns which influenced mixed-level rate and classification efficiency. We did regression analysis of test data by using SPSS software, and got the universal formula of cashews samples grading for cashews samples. The paper provided theoretical basis for the structural design and optimization of the operating parameters of the cashew grading machine.

摘要:
For improving the stability of kernel and husk separation machine of rapeseed, we had done some experimental research about vibrating fluidized classification technology. Based on experimental dates we had built the mathematics model and analyzed the classification effect influenced by the amplitude, the frequency and the material thickness and their interaction .The results indicated that when we maintained installation angle α = 0o and vibration direction angle β =108o of the vibrated fluidized bed, the best optimized combination of factors was the amplitude x1 = 1.87mm, the frequency x2 = 52.53Hz and material thickness x3 = 22.36mm.

摘要:
To improve the using life of screw, the paper focused on the research about microhardness and wear resistance of surface detonation spraying coat. The detonation spraying surface was important to extend the wear resistance of screw of low temperature screw press machine. The paper analyzed the phase composition and microstructure data of surface detonation spraying coat and tested the microhardness of coat and combination intensity between coat and substrate, and did contrasting wear resistance experiment between detonation spraying coat and traditional coat. The data analysis results showed that the wear resistance of detonation spraying coat was far beyond traditional coat and the detonation spraying coat would improve the using life of key screw of low temperature screw press machine.
