Sulfonamides removed from simulated livestock and poultry breeding wastewater using an in-situ electro-Fenton process powered by photovoltaic energy

摘要:
An in-situ electro-Fenton system with double anodes and Pd/CeO2 catalyst, which is powered by photovoltaic energy, is constructed. As the process only needs to replace the catalyst and iron anode regularly, and H2O2 and Fe2+ are in-situ generated and continuously added, it not only greatly reduces labor intensity and safety risks but also saves reagents and run cost. In this paper, the process is used to remove sulfadiazine (SDZ), one of the sulfonamides, from the simulated livestock and poultry breeding wastewater containing antibiotics. The results show that the features of Pd/CeO2 catalyst are successfully characterized by XRD, TEM and XPS. Under the conditions of only catalyst, only power, power and catalyst and electro-Fenton (EF), sulfadiazine removal efficiency for EF is the highest and 96.5% in 150 min. In addition, sulfadiazine removal follows a pseudo-first-order kinetic model. Current density of 15 mA/cm2, pH of 3, catalyst dosage of 0.1 g and current ratio of 0.15:0.02 is determined as the optimal conditions. Whether irradiation intensity is very weak or fluctuates broadly, sulfadiazine removal efficiency is all very high and more than 95% in 150 min. TOC results indicate that the mineralization extent of sulfadiazine is very high and HPLC results show that the adopted process is highly effective. Based on the UHPLC/MS results, seven intermediate products are detected and the removal mechanisms of sulfadiazine are proposed. The in-situ electro-Fenton process powered by photovoltaic energy is feasible. © 2020 Elsevier B.V.

摘要:
At room temperature and atmospheric pressure, water electrolysis and Pd/MWCNTs catalyst are used to investigate the feasibility of in-situ synthesizing hydrogen peroxide in a safe way. Meantime, the ordinary Ti/β-PbO2 anode and graphite cathode are adopted to construct the water electrolysis system. During experiments, the features of Pd/MWCNTs catalyst are characterized by transmission electron microscope/energy dispersive spectrometer, X-ray diffraction and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. The effect of pH, current density, catalyst dosage, interelectrode distance, agitation speed and different cations on H2 O2 concentration is studied. Energy consumption for different current density is analyzed, too. The results show that H2 O2 concentration for the optimal conditions, namely current density of 20 mA/cm2, pH of 3, catalyst dosage of 0.5 g, interelectrode distance of 20 mm and agitation speed of 460 rpm, can attain to about 28 mg/L in 90 min. Additionally, under the above conditions, H2 O2 concentration for water including Mg2+ ion can rapidly get to about 36 mg/L in 30 min. Em increases from 213.0 to 368.8 kWh/kg when current density varying from 10 to 25 mA/cm2. However, for the lowest current density of 5 mA/cm2, its Em is 288.5 kWh/kg and is very high, too. The used process is feasible for in-situ synthesis of hydrogen peroxide. © 2020 Desalination Publications. All rights reserved.

In this work, fibrous TiO2@g-C3N4 nanocomposites (FTGCNCs) were used for dispersive micro-solid phase extraction of Co and Ni prior to their determination by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. As a new adsorbent, the surface on FTGCNCs have rich functional groups such as –NH2, –NH– and =N–, which can selectively adsorb target ions. The adsorption behaviors of Co and Ni on FTGCNCs were investigated. The results indicated that the analytes were quantitatively retained on FTGCNCs in the pH range of 5.0-8.0 and eluted completely with 1.0 mL of 0.5 mol L-1 HNO3 solution. The main factors influencing the preconcentration and determination of the analytes were investigated in detail, including the pH of the sample solution, dosage of adsorbent, extraction/elution time, elution parameters and sample volumes. Under the optimum conditions, the detection limits of this method were 0.12 pg mL-1 and 1.34 pg mL-1 for Co and Ni, respectively. The relative standard deviations were 3.9% for Co and 4.8% for Ni (n=9, c=1.0 ng mL-1). This method was used for the determination of trace/ultra-trace Co and Ni in environmental water samples with satisfactory results. In order to verify this method, three certified reference materials of stream sediment, human hair and mussel were analyzed using the proposed method, and the determined results were in agreement with the certified values. © 2020, Atomic Spectroscopy Press Limited. Diosmetin, as a methoxyflavone compound, was investigated for its interaction and mechanism with xanthine oxidase (XOD), which is a key enzyme catalyzing xanthine to uric acid and finally causing hyperuricemia. Using a kinetic analysis method, diosmetin was shown to possess a strong inhibitory activity for XOD in a reversibly competitive manner with an IC50value of (5.08 ± 0.48) × 10−6mol L−1. The results of fluorescence titrations showed that the combination of diosmetin with XOD gave spontaneous, exothermic static quenching, and hydrogen bonding and van der Waals forces were the main driving forces. It was suggested that diosmetin increased the polarity of the tyrosine and tryptophan microenvironment of XOD by synchronous fluorescence analysis. The results of ultraviolet absorption spectroscopy, circular dichroism and molecular docking showed that diosmetin could bind to the active site of XOD to form a new diosmetin-XOD complex. In these experiments, diosmetin reduced the content of α-helices, β-sheets and β-turns of XOD, which led to the instability of the XOD structure and the decrease of its catalytic function. Furthermore, the 4′-methoxy group of diosmetin had a higher affinity for XOD than the 4′-hydroxyl group of luteolin. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first comprehensive report to present the inhibitory activities of diosmetin against XOD. © The Royal Society of Chemistry and the Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique 2020.

<jats:title>Abstract</jats:title><jats:p>Dinuclear Ni(II) macrocyclic complex <jats:bold>A</jats:bold> ([Ni<jats:sub>2</jats:sub>L<jats:sup>1</jats:sup>OAc]ClO<jats:sub>4</jats:sub>⋅CH<jats:sub>3</jats:sub>OH⋅H<jats:sub>2</jats:sub>O) and dinuclear Ni(II) acyclic complex <jats:bold>B</jats:bold> ([Ni<jats:sub>2</jats:sub>L<jats:sup>2</jats:sup>](ClO<jats:sub>4</jats:sub>)<jats:sub>2</jats:sub>) were synthesized by condensation between H<jats:sub>2</jats:sub>L (3,3′‐(ethane‐1,2‐diylbis(benzylazanediyl))bis(methylene)bis(2‐hydroxy‐5‐methyl‐benzaldehyde)) and different molar equivalent 1,3‐propanediamine in the presence of Ni(II) ions. The structures of complexes were characterized by IR spectroscopy, elemental analysis, electrospray mass spectra and X‐ray single crystal diffraction. In complex <jats:bold>A</jats:bold>, the Ni(II)‐Ni(II) distance was 2.9413(7) Å, bridged by two phenolic oxygens and an acetate anion, while in complex <jats:bold>B</jats:bold>, it was 3.0540(1) Å, only bridged by two phenolic oxygens. The calf thymus DNA (CT‐DNA) binding ability was studied through spectroscopic and electrochemical methods, the corresponding binding constant for complexes <jats:bold>A</jats:bold> and <jats:bold>B</jats:bold> were 6.45×10<jats:sup>4</jats:sup> M<jats:sup>−1</jats:sup> and 8.65×10<jats:sup>4</jats:sup> M<jats:sup>−1</jats:sup>, respectively. The MS revealed that <jats:bold>B</jats:bold> can transform to <jats:bold>A</jats:bold> by adding more H<jats:sub>2</jats:sub>L, and <jats:bold>A</jats:bold> cannot transform to <jats:bold>B</jats:bold> in the presence of excess 1,3‐propanediamine.</jats:p>

In this work, fibrous TiO2@g-C3N4 nanocomposites (FTGCNCs) were used as a new adsorbent of dispersive micro-solid phase extraction for speciation of antimony in cow milk, including Sb(III), Sb(V), residual, digestible, and total Sb. Samples were prepared with artificial gastric juice to achieve bioaccessible species of elements before ICP-MS determination. Besides, adsorption behaviors of Sb(III) and Sb(V) on FTGCNCs were investigated. The results showed that Sb(III) was quantitatively adsorbed on FTGCNCs in the pH range of 2.0–4.0, while Sb(V) remained in aqueous phase. Sb(III) adsorbed on FTGCNCs was eluted completely with 1.5molL−1 HNO3 solution. The assay of Sb(V) was based on subtracting Sb(III) from total Sb. Total Sb was extracted and determined after the reduction of Sb(V) into Sb(III). The main parameters affecting the separation and determination of the analytes were examined in detail. Under optimal conditions, the limit of detection was 0.37pgmL−1 for Sb(III) with relative standard deviation of 4.1% (c = 1.0ngmL−1, n = 9). This method was successfully used for the analysis of Sb speciation in cow milk. To validate this method, a certified reference material of milk powder was analyzed, and the determined values were in good agreement with the certified values. © 2020, Springer Science+Business Media, LLC, part of Springer Nature.

Electrolyzed oxidizing water (EO water) is a new disinfectant, which has been proved to possess the high bactericidal efficiency against a wide variety of microorganisms ranging from bacteria to viruses. EO water is generated by electrolysis of an extremely dilute NaCl solution. Therefore, it is necessary to enhance the selectivity of chlorine evolution reaction (CER), which the oxygen evolution side reaction (OER) needs to be minimized. In the present study, the TiO2 doped IrO2-Ta2O5 (IrO2-Ta2O5-TiO2) electrode was prepared by the thermal decomposition method. X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray fluorescence (XRF) characterizations were employed to study the performances the IrO2-Ta2O5-TiO2 electrode. The electrochemical behaviors and actives of the IrO2-Ta2O5-TiO2 electrode coupled with the IrO2-Ta2O5 electrode was investigated using cyclic voltammetry (CV) and linear sweep voltammetry (LSV). Furthermore, the selectivity of CER was analyzed through the potential difference between the CER and OER at a constant current density to illustrate the discrepancy in available chlorine content (ACC) of two kinds of oxide electrodes in the EO water preparation. In addition, the accelerated service lifetime of the IrO2-Ta2O5-TiO2 electrode was also discussed in this article. © 2018 Elsevier B.V.

探索化学化工类专业英语课程教学,对具有较高英语水平的专业知识人才培养有重要的现实意义。首先,本文基于学生的厌学情绪和不重视专业英语学习的现状,强调专业英语学习的重要性,以增强学生学习的动力;其次,针对教学过程分析,阐明专业英语教学对教师的要求,要提高师资队伍水平;最后,笔者结合自己的教学实践及心得,从改革课程评价方式、充分调动课堂氛围、善于利用现代化教学手段以及把课堂交给学生等方面,提出改进专业英语教学方法的建议和措施。

压榨饼残油含量的快速测定方法

摘要:
为满足工厂试验及大数据研究对压榨饼残油含量的即时化测定需求,建立了基于压榨毛油紫外光特征吸收的快速测定方法。以庚烷-乙醇混和溶剂萃取压榨饼,采集所得萃取液紫外吸收的D255值(255 nm处一阶导数放大100倍),再根据标准曲线计算压榨饼残油含量,可通用于菜籽直接压榨、低温压榨、脱皮压榨、高温压榨和预榨等多种工艺效果的评价。该方法同样适用于花生仁、紫苏籽、亚麻籽等多种油料压榨饼残油含量的测定,且变异系数不大于4.27%,测定回收率在95.12%~104.04%之间。

为确立餐饮废油的快速、可靠辨识指标,以菜籽油为样本考察加工、使用及复炼等多种热处理对油脂紫外光谱的影响。采用0.05 mm薄膜样品池采集油样紫外吸收光谱可获得特征参数D245 nm和R272 nm,分别用以表征油中二元及三元共轭结构产物的多寡。结果表明,菜籽油经正常精炼热处理后,其紫外光谱特征参数D245 nm和R272 nm值分别不超过4.8和12.9。高温氧化可导致上述特征参数的大幅上升,而复炼处理也不能降低R272 nm值。由此利用特征参数D245 nm和R272 nm值边界值及分支判别流程可将正常加工的菜籽油与高温氧化油或复炼氧化油区分开来,对于复炼脱臭油掺杂的检出限为2.3%。

Raffinose family oligosaccharides (RFOs) are alpha-galactosyl derivatives of sucrose or glucose. They are found in a large variety of seeds from many different families such as beans, vegetables and whole grains. Due to absence of alpha-galactosidase in the digestive tract of humans and other monogastric animals, RFOs are responsible for intestinal disturbances (flatulence) following the ingestion of legume-derived products. Structural relationships of RFOs and their enzymatic degradation mechanism are described. Concentration and distribution from various seed sources are introduced. The present status on removal of the RFOs (such as soaking, cooking, germination, and addition of alpha-galactosidase) is summarized. At the meantime, alpha-galactosidases from botanic and microbial sources and their partial enzymatic properties are also presented in detail. Based on a comparison of various removal treatments, the microbial a-galactosidases are thought as the most optimum candidate for removing RFOs in legumes, and the ideal system for the RFO removal is proposed.

摘要:
TETA or TETA-AEP mixtures were used as an activator to enhance CO<inf>2</inf> capture in the MDEA solution. The effect of amount and type of activators, and the viscosity of absorbents on CO<inf>2</inf> capture were discussed. The results showed that the positive effect of TETA-AEP mixtures on CO<inf>2</inf> capture in the MDEA solution was greater than that of TETA. The optimal absorbent was No. V, whose CO<inf>2</inf> absorption capacity/desorption efficiency was 3.08 times/1.18 times of No. І. The viscosity had a little influence on CO<inf>2</inf> absorption and an obvious effect on CO<inf>2</inf> desorption.<br/> ©2018, ©2018 Taylor & Francis.

摘要:
<jats:title>Abstract</jats:title><jats:p>Baicalin is one of the major bioactive constituents of <jats:italic>Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi</jats:italic>, possessed anti‐inflammation, antimicrobial and anticancer activity, has been attained extensive attention. In the present work, a new baicalin‐Sr(II) complex (Sr[baic]⋅3H<jats:sub>2</jats:sub>O) was synthesized to enhance its biological activity. A series of experiments were carried out to give the satisfying reaction conditions: pH=8.3 and the molar ratio of L:M ≤ 1:1. The obtained complex Sr[baic]⋅3H<jats:sub>2</jats:sub>O was characterized by IR, ES‐MS UV‐vis, atomic absorption, elemental analysis and thermogravimetric analysis. The interactions between baicalin/Sr[baic] and bovine serum albumin were also researched through fluorescence spectrum, which accord with the static quenching mechanism, Sr[baic] has higher binding ability than baicalin. Thermodynamic parameters ΔG°<0, ΔH°<0 and ΔS°>0, indicated that electrostatic forces is the major interaction forces in Sr[baic]‐bovine serum albumin system. Furthermore, the synchronous fluorescence experiments were carried out. The studies revealed that both baicalin and Sr[baic] quench the intrinsic fluorescence of bovine serum albumin, and the possible binding site is located on Trp residues. In circular dichroism spectrum, the binding of baicalin and Sr[baic] to bovine serum albumin lead to a loss in helical stability, by contrast, Sr[baic] increases baicalin's binding ability.</jats:p>

摘要:
A sensitive and robust electrochemical aptasensor for determining dopamine (DA) was developed using a grass carp skin collagen-graphene oxide (GCSC-GO) composite as a transducer and a label-free aptamer as a biological recognition element for the first time. In order to fabricate this sensor, the GCSC-GO composite was firstly prepared by ultra-sonication method and characterized by atomic force microscope, infrared spectroscopy, Raman spectroscopy, and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. Subsequently, a label-free DA-binding aptamer was immobilized through strong interaction between collagen and aptamer. The fabricated electrochemical aptasensor was used to determine DA by differential pulse voltammetry. The results indicated that the peak current changes of the developed aptasensor was linear relationship with the DA concentrations from 1 to 1000 nM, and the detection limit was 0.75 nM (S/N = 3). Moreover, the fabricated aptasensor showed high selectivity for DA More importantly, the obtained aptasensor exhibited satisfactory recovery toward DA in human serum specimens with excellent stability. 摘要:
The complexes of gossypol with Fe2+ were prepared by using methanol as solvent in the presence of CO2 atmosphere. The results from FT-IR spectra analysis indicated that the aromatic aldehyde groups in gossypol molecules were entirely involved in coordination with Fe2+. UV-Vis absorption spectrum of the complexes in methanol solution displays blue-shift in comparison with that of gossypol. Five compounds from the complexes were isolated by high performance liquid chromatography. The structures of the complexes are consistent with PM3 calculations. Two compounds were formed by coordination of gossypol with Fe2+ at 1:2 molar ratio, other three compounds were formed by chelation of gossypol with Fe2+ at molar ratio by 1:1, 1:3, and 1:4 respectively.

摘要:
考察各阶段精炼热处理对菜籽油紫外光谱的影响,为油脂精炼危害物的形成风险探索快速评估方案。采用0.05 mm光程薄膜样品池采集菜籽油的紫外吸收光谱并提取D245和R272两个参数,分别用以表征油中二元和三元共轭结构的多寡,进而评估精炼危害物的形成风险。结果表明,脱胶、脱酸、脱色操作热处理均可导致油中二元和三元共轭结构缓慢累积;而在脱臭操作中,油中二元和三元共轭结构的累积速率分别可达之前3个操作的11倍和33倍以上。二元和三元共轭结构的累积与精炼热处理程度及异构、聚合产物生成具有密切关联,因此D245和R272两个参数可用作精炼危害物的快速定量评估指标。

摘要:
对油菜籽、亚麻籽、紫苏籽、花生仁4种油料及在适宜条件下压榨所得压榨饼的粗蛋白质含量、氮溶指数、氨基酸组成及含量的变化进行评价。结果显示:亚麻籽饼、菜籽饼、花生饼和紫苏籽饼中粗蛋白质含量均比4种油料的粗蛋白质含量明显增加,其氮溶指数与油料相比也相应增加;4种压榨饼的赖氨酸含量均较油料明显上升。这说明压榨过程中,由于压榨温度低、受热时间短,随着油料所含油脂被压榨出来,压榨饼中蛋白质含量得以升高,饼中蛋白质尚未变性或稍有变性,这为压榨饼的蛋白质资源开发利用创造了有利条件。

为了开展油料产地化低残油压榨技术装备研究,以紫苏籽、花生仁为原料,研究2种油料的物性(包括原料成分及硬度和脆性)。采用小型榨油机(该机为榨螺和榨轴一体的单螺杆榨油机,测量并计算其理论压缩比为11)压榨,以压榨饼残油率为指标,考察油料入榨含水量,入榨温度,环境温度等因素对2种油料压榨饼残油率的影响。通过正交试验优化得到最佳压榨工艺条件为:入榨水分为4%, 入榨温度为65℃, 环境温度为30℃,在最佳工艺条件下,紫苏籽压榨饼残油率为9.82%;花生仁压榨饼残油率为8.21%。由于出饼温度小于80 ℃,随着紫苏籽压榨饼和花生仁压榨饼中蛋白质含量增加,其氮溶指数与原料相比也有所增加,说明蛋白质尚未变性。另外,利用透射电镜对2种油料种子子叶细胞及最佳工艺条件下的压榨饼进行微观结构观察。证实了油料种籽子叶细胞中油脂以脂类体形式储存在细胞的内质网状结构以及蛋白体和糊粉粒的间隙中,压榨时在外力挤压作用下油料细胞结构严重变形并被破坏,油被压榨出并同时实现与饼的液-固分离。

A series of 4ʹ-(4-alkyl-phenyl)-2ʹ,6ʹ-difluorotolane isothiocyanate liquid crystal (LC) compounds were synthesised, and their phase transitions and electrooptical properties were investigated. These compounds exhibit high birefringence, about 0.47–0.52. As the number of carbon atoms in the alkyl chains increases, these LC compounds can exhibit smectic phases. When these LCs were mixed into the commercial LCs, the birefringence values of LC mixtures become higher than pure commercial LCs, and the visco-elastic coefficients of five LC mixtures are very close to each other at every test temperature. The results of response properties indicate that the compounds with a tri-fluorine substitution and n-propyl end group possess better response performance than the others. These LC compounds are particularly attractive for achieving fast response times in LC optic devices. © 2015 Taylor & Francis.
