With the development of social economy, English is still the main language of global communication, and China's demand for English translators is also higher and higher. In college education, English translation is a very popular and important subject. Although the teaching mode is constantly changing, it still lags behind the speed of social and economic development. Traditional English translation teaching has many disadvantages in teaching theory and methods. This paper discusses the problems existing in translation teaching for English majors and then puts forward a new teaching mode of educational multiattitude resources, to really improve the quality of translation teaching for English majors. The resource pool of cloud computing is composed of a large number of resource nodes with different performances, but as the number of users gradually grows, the demand also increases. How to efficiently allocate large-scale cloud tasks to limited resource nodes and to achieve load balancing is an important issue that needs to be studied in cloud computing. This paper first uses the literature method, in-depth study of the theoretical development, and application bottleneck of education multiposture teaching mode at the same time to understand the problems existing in the current English translation teaching and design a new teaching mode for experimental application research and finally analyzes the comparison of the English translation ability of the control group and the experimental group without teaching method. After a period of experiment, the average score of the control group is 70.53, and the average score of the experimental group is 75.89. It can be seen that the average score of the experimental group is about 5 points higher than that of the control group; this shows that the intelligent optimization algorithm of cloud computing is combined with translation teaching that can improve the students' overall English translation level to a certain extent and is more conducive to the students' comprehensive mastery of knowledge.

The International Journal of Electrical Engineering & Education, Ahead of Print. <br/>With the development of mobile technology, the intellectualization and intellectualization of mobile learning technology have greatly expanded the dimension of time and space of learning, and become a useful supplement to the traditional teaching mode. Taking College English vocabulary teaching as an example, this paper studies college English vocabulary teaching under the support of mobile technology, in order to provide new ways and methods to meet the individual learning needs of different learners. This paper designs College English vocabulary teaching based on mobile technology and puts forward a basic framework of mobile learning for college students’ English vocabulary learning. In this paper, English vocabulary technology is applied to college English vocabulary teaching. Through experiments, it promotes college students’ English vocabulary memory level, vocabulary use level and interest in English learning, respectively, to verify the effectiveness of College English vocabulary teaching mode based on mobile technology. The experimental results show that the flexibility of mobile learning can take into account the different learning needs of students at different levels of the same group, categorize and categorize the individual needs of students, and adjust different learning content and learning difficulty ladder to a certain extent. The innovation of this paper is to fully combine mobile technology with college English vocabulary teaching, solve practical application problems, and improve the application value of mobile technology in college teaching.

With the advancement of society and the continuous development of information technology, the medium of multimedia has become an indispensable part of college English teaching. Because the traditional Web-based college English has a single teaching method, poor classroom effect, and low interest of students, this paper designs a multimedia teaching system based on a browser/server (B/S) network model and model view controller (MVC) design pattern. It is based on B/S network mode and MVC design mode and composed of a Web service layer, client layer, and database service layer. The system adopts a B/S network mode and MVC design pattern fusion mode to realize hierarchical control and different data categories and refinement and completion of the rational division of teaching resources, thus greatly improving the ability of data circulation in the teaching system. The system function design includes four parts: user registration and login, teacher teaching, student learning, and administrator management. The teacher teaching module completes the teacher's uploading and online answering function for college English reading materials. The student learning module enables students to obtain classroom content and courses. The design of the system has improved the students' interest in learning English and the classroom effect has also been significantly improved.
