All walks of life have been deeply affected by the "Internet +" era. Under such a context, many enterprises and institutions started to upgrade their industries and adjust their structures. Various development methods based on "Internet +" are also in continuous research. This essay is going to study how to improve the effectiveness of English talent cultivation by combining the current talent cultivation of English majors in universities and colleges with the background and characteristics of "Internet +".

Nowadays the students' communicative competence has become the major concern of college English teaching and research, yet there's no effective teaching mode to improve their competence even though the reform of the college English teaching has been carried out for many years. This paper attempts to explore the computer-aided Graded College English Teaching under the theory of "Input Hypothesis".

Nowadays the combination of information technology with translation teaching has become the popular trend, and the concept of traditional translation teaching has not met the demands of translation activities in the new situations any more. The sociosemiotic approach provides an effective way of translation and widens the field of translation research. This paper intends to explore into the computer-aided teaching of translation from the perspective of the sociosemiotic approach to improve the quality of learning and teaching of translation.

In each act or process of knowledge, all components can be classified into two kinds: tacit (implicit) components and focal (explicit) components. This article, first of all introduces the terms of implicit knowledge, explicit knowledge and their distinctions in the process of English language learning and then provides interactive instruction design to improve learners’ communicative competence.
