摘要:
The objective of this study was to survey the prevalence of aflatoxin M1 (AFM1) in raw, pasteurized, extended shelf life (ESL) and UHT milk from central-south China. A total of 734 milk samples, comprising raw milk (133 samples), pasteurized milk (410), ESL milk (93) and UHT milk (98), were obtained between Nov. 01, 2018 and Mar. 31, 2019. The AFM1 concentrations in milk samples were detected by ELISA and confirmed by liquid chromatography coupled with tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS). Five hundred and ninety samples (80.4%) were positive for AFM1; the mean value was 23.7 ng/L, and the range was 5.1–104.4 ng/L. The percentages of AFM1 positive raw, pasteurized, ESL and UHT milk samples were 75.2, 82.2, 81.7 and 78.6%, respectively. The AFM1 concentration in raw milk was significantly lower (p < 0.05) than that in pasteurized and ESL milk, and the AFM1 level in UHT milk tended to be lower (p < 0.10) than that in pasteurized and ESL milk. The AFM1 levels exceeded the EU legal limit of 50 ng/L in 0, 11.5, 18.3 and 3.1% of raw, pasteurized, ESL and UHT milk samples, respectively. All milk samples tested had levels far below China's legal limit of 500 ng/L. Therefore, the AFM1 content in raw milk and milk products in central-south China does not pose a public health threat, but close attention should nonetheless be paid to milk AFM1, given the high positive rate of 80.4%. © 2019

2,4-dinitrotoluene (2,4-DNT) is a common environmental pollutant, and was classified as a group 2B human carcinogenic compound by the International Agency for Research on Cancer. This study determined the toxic effects of 2,4-DNT exposure on zebrafish at the embryo-larvae stage, in terms of organ morphogenesis and the expression pattern of selected target genes related to lipid metabolism and oxygen transportation. The results showed that the 120-h post-fertilization LC50 of 2,4-DNT was 9.59 mg/L with a 95% confidence interval of 8.89–10.44 mg/L. The larvae treated with 2,4-DNT showed toxic symptoms including smaller body, less skin pigment production, yolk malabsorption, and disordered liver development. Further studies on the expression of genes related to lipid transport and metabolism, and respiration indicated that they were significantly affected by 2,4-DNT. It is concluded that 2,4-DNT exposure perturbed liver development and yolk absorption in early-life zebrafish, and disturbed the lipid metabolism /oxygen transport gene expression. © 2019 by the authors. 摘要:
LPS can induce an inflammatory immune response in the intestine, and long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) is involved in the process of inflammatory disease. However, the biological role of lncRNA in the intestinal inflammation of piglets remains unclear. In this study, the lncRNA expression profile of the ileal mucosa of piglets challenged by LPS was analysed using lncRNA sequencing. In total, 112 novel lncRNAs were predicted, of which 58 were up-regulated and 54 down-regulated following LPS challenge. Expression of 15 selected lncRNAs was validated by quantitative PCR. We further investigated the target genes of lncRNA that were enriched in the signalling pathways involved in the inflammatory immune response by utilising Gene Ontology and Kyoto Encyclopaedia of Genes and Genomes analysis, with cell adhesion molecules and mTOR signalling pathway identified. In addition, the co-expression networks between the differentially expressed lncRNAs and the target mRNAs were constructed, with seven core lncRNAs identified, which also demonstrated that the relationship between lncRNAs and the target genes was highly correlated. Our study offers important information about the lncRNAs of the mucosal immune system in piglets and provides new insights into the inflammatory mechanism of LPS challenge, which might serve as a novel target to control intestinal inflammation.

摘要:
为研究湖北省奶牛精料原料黄曲霉毒素B1 (AFB1)和牛奶中黄曲霉毒素M1(AFM1)的污染情况,试验在湖北省武汉市、黄冈市、襄阳市和十堰市等地采集162份奶牛精料原料和242份奶样,奶样包括120份超高温灭菌(UHT)奶和122份巴氏灭菌奶,应用ELISA方法分别检测AFB1和AFM1.结果 表明:28.4%的饲料样本中检测出AFB1,其中2.5%样本超过国家限量标准,阳性样本平均浓度28.5 μg/kg;与麦麸、大豆粕、芝麻饼相比,花生饼和玉米的AFB1污染程度更大;72.7%的牛奶样本中检出AFM1,阳性样本平均浓度为98.1 ng/kg;巴氏灭菌奶的AFM1污染显著高于UHT奶(P<0.05),62.3%巴氏灭菌奶和1.7%UHT奶中AFM1超过欧盟限量标准(50 ng/kg),但所有牛奶AFM1均未超过我国限量标准(500 ng/kg).综上,奶牛饲料生产中需要加强对易受AFB1污染的饲料原料监测,并监测牛奶AFM1污染情况,确保乳品安全.

This study was carried out to evaluate the occurrence of aflatoxin B1 (AFB1) in dairy cow feedstuff and aflatoxin M1 (AFM1) in milk in central China. One hundred and seventy-four samples of dairy cow feedstuff, 111 samples of UHT milk, and 131 samples of pasteurized milk were collected from different provinces in central China from November 2016 to February 2017. The AFB1 levels in feed were determined by HPLC, and the AFM1 levels in milk were determined by ELISA. Approximately 35.1% of feedstuff samples were positive for AFB1, and AFB1 contents in 6.3% and 2.3% of samples were above the legal limit of 20 μg/kg (in the EU) and 30 μg/kg (in China), respectively. Both peanut cake and maize, compared with other feed material, are susceptible to AFB1 contamination. Approximately 73.6% of milk samples were positive for AFM1, with a mean value of 100.0 ng/L. The AFM1 content was above the EU's legal limit of 50 ng/L in 1.8% of UHT milk samples and in 59.5% of pasteurized milk samples, whereas all milk samples were below the legal limit of 500 ng/L in China. © 2018 Elsevier Ltd

为了探讨发酵中药渣在妊娠母猪饲粮中添加的可行性,试验选用2~4胎次、预产期相近的二元妊娠母猪60头,随机分为对照组、中药渣组和发酵中药渣组,比较研究饲粮添加黄芪、当归、益母草和金银花等中药渣发酵前后对围产期母猪和哺乳仔猪血浆生化参数和抗氧化指标的影响。结果表明:与对照组相比,中药渣组母猪产后14和21 d血浆ALT活性显著升高(P<0.05),7日龄仔猪血浆ALP活性显著降低(P<0.05);发酵中药渣组母猪产后7 d血浆ALT和CAT活性、产后14 d血浆ALP和GSH-Px活性以及产后21 d血浆ALT和CAT活性均显著升高(P<0.05),产后14和21 d血浆MDA含量显著降低(P<0.05),14日龄仔猪血浆MDA含量显著降低(P<0.05)、T-AOC活性显著升高(P<0.05),21日龄仔猪血浆CAT活性显著升高(P<0.05)。证实了饲粮添加发酵中药渣可改变围产期母猪及哺乳仔猪的机体代谢、增强机体抗氧化能力。

本试验旨在比较中药渣和发酵中药渣对母猪粪便微生物及其代谢产物的影响,为其在母猪饲粮中的应用提供依据。试验选用2 ~ 4胎次、预产期相近的二元母猪60头,随机分为3组,每组20头。3组分别在基础饲粮中添加2 kg / t的米糠(对照组) 、2 kg / t的中药渣和2 kg / t的发酵中药渣。从妊娠85 d开始饲喂,到产后21 d结束。分别于妊娠110 d和产后21 d,每组随机收集8头母猪的新鲜粪便样品,测定微生物数量以及短链脂肪酸(SCFA)和生物胺的含量。结果表明:与对照组相比,中药渣组母猪产前粪便中丙酸含量显著增加(P < 0.05),丁酸(P = 0.086) 、直链脂肪酸(P = 0.068)和总SCFA(P = 0.089)含量呈增加趋势,苯乙胺含量显著降低(P<0.05);产后粪便中1,7-庚二胺和酪胺含量显著降低(P<0.05) 。发酵中药渣组母猪产前粪便中1,7-庚二胺、亚精胺和精胺含量均显著降低(P<0.05),乙酸(P = 0.068) 、丁酸(P = 0.082) 、直链脂肪酸(P = 0.058)和总SCFA(P = 0.064)含量呈增加趋势;产后粪便中乳酸杆菌数量显著增加(P<0.05);产前和产后粪便中大肠杆菌数量、酪胺含量显著降低(P<0.05) 。综上,饲粮添加中药渣或发酵中药渣可改善围产期母猪后肠微生物菌群平衡,增加SCFA含量,减少生物胺含量,这有利于机体的能量供给和健康。

本试验旨在通过研究微生物发酵中药渣对围产期母猪繁殖性能和子代发育的影响,为中药渣的二次开发利用提供依据。试验选用2 ~ 4胎次、预产期相近的妊娠85 d的健康二元母猪60头,随机分为3组,每组20头。3组分别在基础饲粮中添加2 kg / t米糠(对照组) 、2 kg / t中药渣制剂(由黄芪、当归、熟地黄和白芍等组成,中药渣组) 和2 kg / t发酵中药渣制剂(发酵中药渣组) 。从产前21 d开始饲喂,到产后21 d结束。分别于妊娠110 d、产后21 d时测量母猪背膘厚,记录母猪的产仔数、产活仔数、死胎数、木乃伊数和母猪产后发情间隔;记录仔猪初生窝重,7、14和21日龄窝增重,并计算平均日增重;每天观察仔猪腹泻情况,并计算腹泻率。结果表明:与对照组相比,发酵中药渣组仔猪断奶窝增重显著增加(P<0.05),中药渣组和发酵中药渣组仔猪1 ~ 14日龄、1 ~ 21日龄腹泻率显著增加(P<0.05);与中药渣组相比,发酵中药渣组仔猪7日龄窝增重显著增加(P<0.05),平均日增重呈升高趋势(P = 0.053) 。由此可见,围产期母猪饲粮添加中药渣制剂虽然造成哺乳仔猪一定程度的腹泻,但可促进其生长发育,添加发酵中药渣制剂效果更好。

本试验旨在比较研究中药渣和发酵中药渣对泌乳母猪及其仔猪血浆生化参数和抗氧化能力的影响,为其在母猪饲粮配方中的应用提供依据。试验选用2 ~ 4胎次、预产期相近的二元母猪60头,随机分为3组,每组20头。3组在基础饲粮中分别添加2 kg / t米糠(对照组) 、 2 kg / t中药渣制剂(中药渣组)和2 kg / t发酵中药渣制剂(发酵中药渣组) 。从产前21 d开始饲喂,到产后28 d结束。分别于母猪产后1、7、14和21 d,每组随机选取6头母猪,耳缘静脉采血;于仔猪7、14和21日龄,每组随机选取6头仔猪,前腔静脉采血。所采血样分离血浆,测定生化参数和抗氧化指标。结果表明:与对照组相比,中药渣组母猪产后7 d的血浆总蛋白(TP)和球蛋白(GLB)含量以及14 d的血浆GLB含量均显著降低(P<0.05),产后1 d的血浆碱性磷酸酶(ALP) 、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性和总抗氧化能力(T-AOC),7 d的血浆丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)和ALP活性,14 d的血浆ALT和ALP活性,21 d的血浆ALT活性均显著升高(P < 0.05);发酵中药渣组母猪产后1 d的血浆天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST) 、CAT活性和T-AOC, 14 d的血浆AST和ALP活性均显著升高(P<0.05);中药渣组14日龄仔猪的血浆ALP活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量均显著降低(P<0.05),14日龄的血浆T-AOC显著升高(P<0.05);发酵中药渣组7日龄仔猪的血浆ALP活性和T-AOC均显著升高(P<0.05),14日龄仔猪的血浆MDA含量显著降低(P<0.05) 。上述结果表明,母猪饲粮中添加中药渣或发酵中药渣可影响泌乳母猪及其仔猪的机体代谢,增强机体抗氧化能力。

摘要:
为了解鄂西北地区规模化猪场所用猪瘟疫苗的类别及免疫效果,对鄂西北地区38家规模化猪场猪瘟疫苗的使用情况进行调研,采集829份血清进行了猪瘟抗体水平检测.结果表明:38家规模猪场中有26家(68.4%)使用政府供应疫苗,12家(31.6%)使用商品疫苗;猪瘟细胞苗和脾淋苗在猪场的使用比例分别为71.1%和28.9%;猪场母猪猪瘟疫苗使用剂量高于推荐剂量的1.2 ~6倍,生长育肥猪使用的剂量为推荐剂量的1~4倍,猪场使用政府供应的疫苗时剂量高于商品疫苗;20家猪场群体免疫合格(52.6%),18家猪场群体免疫不合格(47.4%);受检的829份血清中,阴性血清158份(19.1%),阳性血清609份(73.5%).说明鄂西北地区猪瘟疫苗以政府供应猪瘟细胞苗为主,不同养殖场免疫效果差别大,需要规范免疫程序,加强免疫抗体水平检测,以降低该地区猪瘟疫病风险.

摘要:
The aim of the study was to determine the effects of solid-state fermentation of cottonseed meal (FCSM) with Candida utilis on broiler growth performance and toxicity in comparison to unfermented cottonseed meal (CSM) or soyabean meal (SBM, control). In total 150 one-day-old male Cobb 400 broilers were randomly assigned to 3 dietary treatments with 5 replications of 10 birds each. Animals were fed control diet with SBM, diet with CSM: SBM (1:1) and diet with FCSM: SBM (1:1) until 21 day of life. Fermentation decreased free gossypol content in CSM from 583.40 to 191.70 mg kg-1, and degraded total gossypol from 5830.19 to 3882.91 mg kg-1 CSM. In comparison to the control diet, FCSM: SBM (1:1) diet did not affect (P > 0.05) the average daily growth and feed conversion ratio, while CSM: SBM (1:1) diet decreased (P < 0.05) these parameters. However, FCSM: SBM (1:1) diet, similarly to CSM: SBM (1:1) diet, increased (P < 0.05) the relative weight of liver and the serum activity of alanine aminotransferase, and decreased (P < 0.05) the relative weight of thymus in comparison to the control diet. In conclusion, residual gossypol or/and degradation products of gossypol in FCSM may still be hepatotoxic and immunotoxic for broilers when SBM is half-replaced by FCSM in diet (155 g kg-1), although the contents of free gossypol and total gossypol have been markedly reduced and no adverse effect on growth performance was observed.

摘要:
为了探讨中药渣在母猪饲粮中添加的可行性,试验选用2~4胎次、预产期相近的健康二元母猪60头,随机分为对照组、中药渣组和发酵中药渣组,比较研究发酵前和发酵后中药渣对母猪繁殖性能和仔猪发育的影响。结果表明:与对照组相比,发酵中药渣组产仔数、产活仔数和断奶平均日增重均有所增加,断奶窝增重和哺乳仔猪腹泻率显著增加,母猪背膘损失有所降低;中药渣组木乃伊数略有增加,仔猪腹泻率明显增加。由上可见,饲粮中添加发酵中药渣制剂虽然在短期内造成仔猪一定程度的腹泻,但可提高母猪繁殖性能和仔猪生长性能。

色氨酸作为一种功能性必需氨基酸,可提高动物生长性能、调节采食与泌乳、增强机体抗氧化和免疫功能等。色氨酸作为饲料添加剂应用于低蛋白质饲粮中,在保证动物正常生产性能情况下,可减少蛋白质饲喂量,缓解蛋白质饲料原料紧缺问题,减轻养殖废弃物对环境造成的污染。本文从色氨酸在畜禽体内的代谢途径及其对畜禽的生理功能等方面进行综述,为色氨酸在畜牧生产中的科学合理应用提供参考。

This trial was conducted to study the effect of full-fat rice bran inclusion in diets on growth performance, carcass and meat quality and fatty acid composition in Sichuan goose. A total of 204 Sichuan white male geese (28-d-old, 984±15g) were used in the 42-d assay. Full-fat rice bran inclusion in diets was 0%, 6%, 12% and 18%, respectively. On d 70, two geese from each pen were randomly selected and killed for measuring the carcass and meat quality and the meat fatty acid composition. The results showed that full-fat rice bran inclusion had no effect on average daily gain during 28–56d, but rice bran inclusion at 18% increased average daily gain during 57–70d. In addition, the full-fat rice bran supplementation decreased the subcutaneous fat yield, and the inclusion of full-fat rice bran in amounts of 12% and 18% decreased the half-eviscerated carcass yield, eviscerated carcass yield and crude fat content in goose meat. Moreover, full-fat rice bran supplementation had no effect on the content of total saturated fatty acid (SFA), but decreased the content of total monounsaturated fatty acid (MUFA). The inclusion of full-fat rice bran in amounts of 12–18% increased the content of total polyunsaturated fatty acid (PUFA) and total n-6 in goose meat and in the amount of 18% increased n-3 fatty acids content in goose meat. The results indicated that the rice bran inclusion had a positive effect in geese by stimulating growth performance and improving meat quality and fatty acid composition of goose meat. © 2016 British Poultry Science Ltd.

摘要:
The current intensive indoor production system of commercial Pekin ducks never allows adequate water for swimming or wetting. Therefore, heat stress is a key factor affecting health and growth of ducks in the hot regions and season. Experiment 1 was conducted to study whether heat stress was deleterious to certain organs of ducks. Forty-one-day-old mixed-sex Pekin ducks were randomly allocated to four electrically heated battery brooders comprised of 10 ducks each. Ducks were suddenly exposed to 37 °C ambient temperature for 3 h and then slaughtered, in one brooder at 21 days and in another brooder at 49 days of age. The results showed that body weight and weight of immune organs, particularly liver markedly decreased in acute heat stress ducks compared with the control. Experiment 2 was carried out to investigate the influences of dietary L-arginine (Arg) supplement on weight and compositions of certain lymphoid organs, and growth performance in Pekin ducks, under daily cyclic hot temperature environment. A total of 151-day-old mixed-sex Pekin ducks were randomly divided into one negative control and two treatment groups, fed experimental diets supplemented with 0, 5, and 10 g L-Arginine (L-Arg)/kg to the basal diet respectively. Ducks were exposed to cyclic high temperature simulating natural summer season. The results showed that the addition of L-Arg improves feed conversion ratio (FCR) during a period of 7-week trial, as well as increases hepatic weight relative to body weight at 21 days, while decreases the hepatic water content at 49 days of age. This study indicated that the liver was more sensitive to acute heat stress, and the hepatic relative weight and chemical composition could be regulated by dietary L-Arg supplementation in Pekin ducks being reared at high ambient temperature. These beneficial effects of Arg on liver might be a cause of improved FCR. © 2014 Blackwell Verlag GmbH.
