摘要:
For high-temperature-resolution microbolometric focal plane arrays, the required characteristic parameter of substrate temperature fluctuation suppression is analyzed and discussed. The microbolometric temperature response to the temperature change of an infrared imaging target is theoretically derived from the microbolometer physical models of infrared imaging and thermoelectric. Based on the theoretical temperature responsivity expression of the microbolometer, the substrate temperature fluctuation suppression precision for high-temperature-resolution microbolometric focal plane arrays is theoretically given out and discussed. According to the theoretical precision requirements of substrate temperature fluctuation suppression, the numerically calculated results of the required precision for the typical microbolometer are obtained. These analyses and discussions for the precision requirements of substrate temperature fluctuation suppression are theoretically strict and numerically accurate, and the achieved precision requirements of substrate temperature fluctuation suppression can be guidable to the design of temperature control circuits for high-temperature-resolution microbolometric focal plane arrays, which has been successfully used in high resolution infrared imaging systems in our laboratory.

摘要:
在室内蓝牙定位系统中,蓝牙节点的部署问题对定位精度有较大影响,同时,部署方式的不同也决定了系统成本的高低。本文首先讨论了多种平面节点的部署方式,包含基于MATLAB的正方形网格的节点部署算法、正六边形部署、正四边形部署、随机部署等多种部署方式,然后从部署效率和部署成本等方面进行比较,最后考虑到室内定位的实际误差情况,提出了方形四点包含部署方式。该方式的部署成本相对正四边形和正六边形部署较高,但定位的精度提高了36.3%,将显著提升用户的体验。

摘要:
Based on the physical thermal balance equation of the microbolometer under pulse current bias, the microbolometric theoretical infrared responsivity is given out in this paper. The operating temperature of the microbolometer during the pulse current bias period is theoretically discussed and analyzed, from which the microbolometric theoretical infrared responsivity expression is derived for high-speed microbolometric focal plane array. The microbolometric theoretical infrared responsivity expression reveals some key factors to decide the infrared sensitivity of the microbolometric focal plane array and has been successfully verified through an experimental microbolometric focal plane array. The microbolometric theoretical infrared responsivity expression is theoretically strict and can be utilized for future microbolometric focal plane arrays with some high-performance characteristics parameters such as high-speed and small-pixel. © 2018 Elsevier GmbH

摘要:
For a normal microbolometric focal plane array, the microbolometric infrared responsivity varies with its substrate temperature fluctuations because of the semiconductor characteristics of the microbolometer array. The relationship between the microbolometric infrared responsivity and substrate temperature is theoretically discussed in this paper. Above the discussion, a new substrate temperature compensation method is proposed for microbolometric focal plane array without TEC. The microbolometric focal plane array is based on a kind of high-speed CMOS readout integrated circuit, of which the microbolometric infrared response voltage signal can be directly read out without infrared response current integration. The bias current for the microbolometer with the proposed substrate temperature compensation method can be adjusted according to the substrate temperature change to achieve a steady microbolometric infrared responsivity. This kind of substrate temperature compensation method is theoretically strict and has been experimentally verified in our laboratory, which is potential for future high-speed, lower-power and small-pixel microbolometric focal plane array. © 2019 Elsevier GmbH

Based on the discussion of infrared signal readout structure for microbolometric focal plane array, the microbolometric infrared response signal bandwidth is theoretically analyzed in this paper. The infrared response signal channel in microbolometric focal plane array normally consists of several major parts and every one of these different parts has its own signal bandwidth. The signal bandwidth expressions for these parts are theoretically deduced on their physical thermal model or integrated circuit structures, and some key parameters to decide the microbolometric signal bandwidth are revealed in these expressions. These signal bandwidth expressions are theoretically strict and can be utilized to optimize the final infrared response signal bandwidth for any practical microbolometric focal plane array. These theoretical expressions have been successfully applied to guiding the microbolometer structure and readout integrated circuit design in our laboratory, and are useful for a microbolometric focal plane array to have an optimized signal bandwidth and achieve excellent signal-to-noise performance as well. © 2018 Elsevier GmbH

Based on the theoretical analysis of microbolometer thermoelectric characteristics and temperature response, a new kind of temperature compensation readout integrated circuit for microbolometric focal plane array is proposed. The proposed readout integrated circuit provides different bias voltages for different microbolometers to control their bias currents and allow the whole microbolometric focal plane array have a wide range of operating ambient temperature. This kind of readout integrated circuit can compensate not only the operating temperature fluctuation but also the thermoelectric-parameter nonuniformity for microbolometer array. Experimental results in our laboratory show that the microbolometric focal plane array on the basis of the proposed readout circuit has well uniform voltage responses of the microbolometers in the focal plane array at different ambient temperatures to the same microbolometric temperature change. The proposed temperature compensation readout integrated circuit is potential for the design of practical low-consumption and high-resolution microbolometric focal plane arrays without thermoelectric coolers. © 2017 Elsevier GmbH

Based on the fundamental principle of target radiation and microbolometer infrared detection, the microbolometric temperature response to infrared-target temperature change is theoretically analyzed and an exact microbolometric temperature response expression is obtained in theory. The theoretical expression is verified in our laboratory and can be utilized to correct the conventional temperature response expression. Moreover, the theoretical expression can predict temperature change in microbolometer to target temperature and guide the design of electronic-respond-signal processing circuits. © 2017 Elsevier GmbH

A novel kind of high-speed CMOS readout integrated circuit for large-scale microbolometric focal plane array is proposed in this paper. The proposed readout integrated circuit can directly amplify the voltage signals of all microbolometric pixels in focal plane array response to infrared irradiation and then output the amplified voltage signals column by column and row by row. Because there is no need of photo-generated current integration capacitor for microbolometric voltage response, the readout integrated circuit can save a lot of readout circuit area for small-pixel-size. In addition, the proposed CMOS readout integrated circuit can produce an output of the sensing voltage signals of microbolometer array at very high speed for which there is no integration time consumption when the microbolometric focal plane array operates. © 2015 Elsevier GmbH. 摘要:
<jats:p> With the increasing power densities of chip and diminishing size of semiconductor chips, thermal interface materials become a research emphasis to accelerate the development of semiconductor industry. Vertically aligned carbon nanotubes are good thermal interface materials because of high thermal conductance and excellent mechanical compliance. To reduce the thermal contact resistance between vertically aligned carbon nanotubes and silicon, thermocompression method in magnetic field was used to bond them in this work. The surface of vertically aligned carbon nanotubes was metallized with nickel and a vacuum chamber was used as bonding condition. The thermal contact resistance R<jats:sub>mc</jats:sub> between vertically aligned carbon nanotubes and metallized Si of 12 sample groups were measured with a thermal transient tester. The result shows that the R<jats:sub>mc</jats:sub> with magnetic field is 14% lower than the R<jats:sub>mc</jats:sub> without magnetic field averagely. The magnetic field can be used to reduce the thermal contact resistance between vertically aligned carbon nanotubes and metallized Si. </jats:p>

摘要:
Based on the Preisach model for hysteresis loop, the resistance hysteresis loop characteristic of thermosensitive VO2 thin film is theoretically analyzed. The resistance characteristics dependent on temperature in the resistance hysteresis loop can be obtained through theoretical numerical calculation, and the numerical calculated results are in good agreement with the experimentally measured results of some VO2 thin film samples in our laboratory. The resistance characteristics calculated results can be utilized to predict the infrared responsivity of high sensitive microbolometer of VO2 thin film and direct the operating temperature optimization for microbolometer. © 2015 Elsevier GmbH.

摘要:
The microbolometric exact theoretical output responsivity expression for a focal plane array is obtained for the first time. Based on the physical thermal model for a microbolometer, the temperature change behavior of the microbolometer is analyzed and discussed to get its theoretical temperature change expression under pulse voltage bias. With the temperature change expression and infrared response analysis of the microbolometer, the theoretical output responsivity expression is successfully derived. The theoretical responsivity expression reveals some key factors that affect and determine the infrared sensibility of the microbolometric array, which can be utilized to guide the design optimization for a microbolometric focal plane array. 摘要:
In this paper, nanocrystalline VO2 thin film is fabricated by a kind method of two steps and its phase-transition characteristics are investigated. The two-step method contains low-temperature reactive ion sputtering and post-annealing, and its process parameters determine the phase-transition properties of fabricated VO2 thin film. With optimized process parameters, VO2 thin film with nanocrystalline structure can be successfully fabricated and has excellent phase-transition performance for smart glass and optical switch. © (2014) Trans Tech Publications.

摘要:
This paper describes a non-uniformity compensating method for microbolometric focal plane array. Through the analysis of the basic principle of conventional non-uniformity compensating methods for microbolometric focal plane array, we have pointed out their common fatal limitation unable to compensate the nonlinear non-uniformity of microbolometer array. Based on our previous constant power optimized bias, a novel and simple nonlinear non-uniformity compensating method for microbolometric focal plane array is proposed in this paper. The proposed compensating method is simply configured and can easily and effectively be utilized to compensate the nonlinear non-uniformity of microbolometer array. © 2014 Elsevier GmbH.

基于嵌入式的运动目标检测集成了嵌入式技术和网络传输技术,该系统的设计是智能视频监控领域中一个新的应用.本文选用ARM9(S3C2440)处理器作为硬件平台,嵌入式Linux操作系统作为软件平台,提出了一种基于帧间差分的改进运动目标检测算法,设计完成了一种应用于小区监控或银行安全无人值守的运动目标检测系统.实验结果表明,该系统可以从序列视频中提取出背景图像,从而提高运动目标检测的质量.

In this paper, a low-cost and modularized test bench for microbolometric focal plane array is proposed. Based on the analysis of driving microbolometric focal plane array, we have set up the simple test bench. The test bench consists of four major modules: optical part, driving sequence timer, power supply and signal processing board, and data analyzer. Each module in the test bench is reconfigurable and the driving sequence timer is programmable in system. The proposed test bench is low-cost and has been applied to practical microbolometric focal plane arrays in our laboratory. ©(2014) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.

摘要:
This paper introduces an electromagnetic induction heating method which is demonstrated to be able to bond carbon nanotubes and metal electrodes. Dielectrophoresis method is taken to realize the parallel directional assembly between carbon nanotubes and metal electrode, and then localized induction heating is adopted to bond them. This technique offers a convenient and reliable way in the practical applications of carbon nanotube interconnection. The bonding principle and process are introduced, and the experiment results are also discussed. The results show that the bonding interface exhibits good contact and electrical property.

针对MPlayer中的WMA解码耗时进行优化。根据S3C2440平台的特性提出并分析了浮点运算转定点运算和快速除法两种优化方案。实验结果表明:优化后的WMA 解码程序在mini2440平台上的解码效率得到了提高。

摘要:
With the adjustment of fabricating process parameters, some novel nanostructured vanadium dioxide (VO2) thin films are prepared and their thermoelectrical and optical properties can be well controlled. Through the photoelectric characteristic measurement and analysis of these VO 2 thin films, two typical kinds of nanostructured VO2 thin films are proposed. One kind of thin films has good thermo-sensitive characteristics for infrared, and its temperature coefficient of resistance (TCR) value reaches -2.6%, which is very suitable for infrared focal plane arrays. The other kind of thin films has low phase-transition temperature and excellent optical phase-transition characteristics, which is infrared-optically transparent in the semiconductor phase at low temperatures and highly reflective in the metallic phase at high temperatures and is very potential for encompass thermo-chromic coatings and ultrafast optical switches. © 2012 Elsevier GmbH. Optical switches based on vanadium dioxide (VO2) thin film have emerged as potential candidates for deployment in future optical transport networks, where switching speed and driving power dissipation will become increasingly important. This paper reviews the basic working principle of optical switch based on VO2 thin film, and gives out the physical thermal model for optical switch based on VO2 thin film, according to which the driving power dissipation and switching speed expressions of the optical switch are obtained in theory. These two theoretical expressions reveal some key factors determining the minimum necessary driving power dissipation and maximum switching speed and theoretically point the direction to reduce the necessary driving power dissipation of optical switch and improve the switching speed of this kind of it. © 2012 Elsevier GmbH.

In this paper, a versatile complementary metal oxide semiconductor (CMOS) readout integrated circuit (ROIC) for microbolometric infrared focal plane array (IRFPA) is presented. By applying a variable column-shared current mirror (CM) proportional circuit, the ROIC can be used in applications on different occasions from very high background to quite low background. With column-shared blind bolometer, CM proportional circuit and capacitor feedback trans-impedance amplifier (CTIA) integration circuit, the ROIC has high performance such as high gain, low noise, low power dissipation and large output dynamic range while maintaining simple structure. Moreover, a common high correlated double sampling (CDS) circuit is utilized to improve noise performance of the ROIC under low power dissipation. An experimentally prototypical readout chip is designed and fabricated for microbolometric IRFPAs to verify the performance of the ROIC. Theoretical analysis and experimentally measuring results indicate that the proposed CMOS ROIC can be applied to microbolometric IRFPAs. © 2013 Elsevier GmbH.
