摘要:
At present, while the Internet of Things (IoT) devices bring convenience to people, security issues have led to an increasing number of threats to IoT security. Since IoT devices have a Web application system for device managers to operate, the system can view device information, control and configure device status, and its security is of great significance. Among the various authentication methods provided by IoT devices, the password information authentication mechanism is still a critical method for Web login. If the IoT device has a weak Web password, once a hacker discovers the device, it is straightforward to be attacked and implanted with malicious code to control the device and attack other devices in the network. In response to this problem, this paper designs a set of automatic detection frameworks for weak passwords for web application systems of IoT devices. Based on this framework, an automated weak password detection system was developed to detect weak Web passwords on IoT devices on the wide-area networks of Beijing, Shandong Province, and Zhejiang Province. A total of 12,179 devices with weak Web passwords were found, accounting for all discovered IoT devices of 7.58%, verifying the effectiveness of the proposed framework. (C) 2021 The Author(s). Collectively, these data indicate that APE1 confers Erlotinib resistance by activating the IL‐6/STAT3 signaling, suggesting targeting APE1 as a possible therapeutic target in Erlotinib‐resistant NSCLC. Abstract Objective Apurinic endonuclease 1 (APE1) has been suggested as an oncogene of lung tumours and our bioinformatics analysis identified the association between Erlotinib resistance and interleukin‐6 (IL‐6). Thus, we performed this work to delineate the mechanistic actions of APE1/IL‐6 signalling in Erlotinib resistance of non‐small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Methods We selected human NSCLC cell lines HCC827 and PC9 to establish Erlotinib‐resistant HCC827R and PC9R cells. Cancer stem cells (CSCs) were isolated from Erlotinib‐sensitive HCC827P and PC9P cells (PCSCs) and from HCC827R and PC9R cells (RCSCs). Further, extracellular vesicles (EVs) were separated from PCSCs (PCSC‐EVs) and RCSCs (RCSC‐EVs) and co‐cultured with RCSCs with or without short hairpin RNA (shRNA)‐targeting APE1 (APE1 shRNA) transduction. In addition, functional assays were conducted to determine the effect of APE1 shRNA on malignant phenotypes of cancer cells in vitro and in vivo and the activation of IL‐6/STAT3 signalling. Results It was found that NSCLC cells could internalize both RCSC‐EVs and PCSC‐EVs. RCSC‐EVs augmented the resistance of NSCLC cells to Erlotinib. The overexpression of APE1 occurred in NSCLC tissues, and IL‐6 was enriched in serum samples of patients with NSCLC. APE1 shRNA was demonstrated to restrict the Erlotinib resistance of NSCLC cells by inactivating the IL‐6/STAT3 signalling. Additionally, shAPE1‐loaded RCSC‐EVs suppressed the Erlotinib resistance of NSCLC via the IL‐6/STAT3 axis both in vitro and in vivo, as reflected by impeded malignant phenotypes and xenograft tumour formation. Conclusions Collectively, these data indicate that APE1 confers Erlotinib resistance by activating the IL‐6/STAT3 signalling, suggesting targeting APE1 as a possible therapeutic target in Erlotinib‐resistant NSCLC.

Recently, the light-type pier can be easily observed in urban elevated roads and bridge structures. This type of pier is broadly used in the field of structural engineering. The Thin-Walled Steel-Reinforced Concrete Pier (TSRCP), as the typical pier of the light-type piers, shows a better mechanical performance than the conventional reinforced concrete pier due to the enhancement of the H-shape steel. In terms of the TSRCP, the designed parameters, including the depth–width ratio (DWR) and axial compression ratio (ACR), have been determined in this study as the concerned variables. Then, a low cyclic loading experiment is conducted based on the three test specimens to investigate the effects of the concerned variables on the failure of the specimens. Meanwhile, some comparative studies are carried out based on the failure processes and modes, critical loading values (cracking, yielding and ultimate state), strain and ductility. The obtained experimental results demonstrate that all specimens illustrate a bending failure mode under the vertical and horizontal low cyclic loadings. Furthermore, for the concerned variables, the increasing DWR will reduce the ultimate bearing capacity of the TSRCP but enhance the plastic deformation. For the ACR, the decrease positively affects the cracking load, further improving the ultimate bearing capacity; however, the deformation capacity will be restrained. Finally, Abaqus is adopted to model the failure processes of three specimens; the comparative study has been conducted based on the simulated and experimental results. After that, the effects of the concerned variables on the failure performances are discussed. Meanwhile, the horizontal ultimate bearing capacity calculated equation for the TSRCP was deduced and validated based on the experimental and simulated data; the verification proves that the proposed equation can obtain a good result. In this study, the complex calculated process of the original equation can be simplified, which not only provides a convenient and useful way to design and manufacture this type of component but can serve as a guideline for validating the practical engineering applications.

The big data (BD) era and pertinent computer science, pedagogy, and educational psychology knowledge are the foundations of this essay, based on the idea of the holistic development of human beings, the IPE (Ideological and Political Education) carrier theory, the new idea of educational development, and the strategy of strengthening the nation through education; the challenges IPECU (Ideological and political education in Colleges and Universities) faces and its path toward optimization are discussed relatively in detail in this paper, which conforms to the context of mega data thinking. The influence of IPECU’s subject, object, and educational effect is discussed in this paper, along with tips for how to improve and innovate IPECU in the context of big data. In addition, it is noted that in the age of mega data, we must not only bravely take on challenges, but also actively seize opportunities if we are to realize the innovative and optimized development of IPECU. Moreover, the definitions of mega data and big data prediction function are provided in this paper. IPE can be used with the big data prediction function, which is further explored in this article. In order to realize the innovation of IPE mode in universities, this paper aims to encourage the integration and development of IPE and big data in academic settings.

Carbon dot (CD)-based multi-mode sensing has drawn much attention owing to its wider application range and higher availability compared with single-mode sensing. Herein, a simple and green methodology to construct a CD-based dual-mode fluorescent sensor from the waste biomass of flowers of wintersweet (FW-CDs) for parallel and semi-quantitative visual detection of Cr(VI) and Fe3+ was firstly reported. The FW-CD fluorescent probe had a high sensitivity to Cr(VI) and Fe3+ with wide ranges of linearity from 0.1 to 60 mu M and 0.05 to 100 mu M along with low detection limits (LOD) of 0.07 mu M and 0.15 mu M, respectively. Accordingly, the FW-CD-based dual-mode sensor had an excellent parallel sensing capacity toward Cr(VI) and Fe3+ with high selectivity and strong anti-interference capability by co-using dual-functional integration and dual-masking strategies. The developed parallel sensing platform was successfully applied to Cr(VI) and Fe3+ quantitative detection in real samples with high precision and good recovery. More importantly, a novel FW-CD-based fluorescent hydrogel sensor was fabricated and first applied in the parallel and semi-quantitative visual detection of Cr(VI) and ferrous ions in industrial effluent and iron supplements, further demonstrating the significant advantage of parallel and visual sensing strategies.

Community structure is one of the most significant features in complex networks and community detection is a crucial method to analyze community structure. Existing representations in community detection have the characteristics of inflexibility and easily generate invalid solutions. To address the drawbacks, this paper proposed a multi-objective evolutionary algorithm based on mixed encoding (MOGAME). The algorithm combines the locus-based representation and labels-based representation, which can avoid generating invalid solution and improve the performance. Extensive experiments on both synthetic and real-word networks show that the proposed algorithm performs better than the existing algorithms with respect to accuracy and stability.

The present study was focused on evaluating the effects of Bacillus methylotrophicus SY200 in broiler production. A total of 120 healthy 7-day-old broiler chicks were randomly assigned to four dietary treatments, which included basal diet supplemented with 0%, 0.10%, 0.25%, or 0.50% (w/w) B. methylotrophicus SY200 preparation (1.0 × 10(9) cfu/g), regarded as negative control group (NC), low-dose group (BML), medium-dose group (BMM), and high-dose group (BMH), respectively. Each treatment was fed the corresponding experimental diet for 35 days. Results showed that dietary supplementation of B. methylotrophicus SY200 could improve broiler weight gain, especially the finisher phase. Further studies suggested that a certain amount of B. methylotrophicus SY200 enhanced the broiler antioxidant status and improved the morphological development of jejunum. Besides, dietary supplementation of B. methylotrophicus SY200 especially in 0.50% levels significantly increased the relative weight of immune organs and Newcastle disease virus antibody titer, similarly, increased mRNA expression levels of claudin-1, claudin-3, zonula occluden-1, and zonula occluden-2 were observed in the jejunum of BMM group. Moreover, B. methylotrophicus SY200 also showed beneficial effects in improving broilers microbiota homeostasis by increasing the number of beneficial bacteria. Conclusively, B. methylotrophicus SY200 could effectively improve the antioxidant status, modulate the intestinal structure, enhance the intestinal mucosal barrier function, and regulate the immune function of broilers, which finally improves the performance of the chicken in the finisher period.

Patients with Parkinson's disease (PD) often suffer from delayed gastric emptying, but the underlying mechanism remains unclear. We have shown previously that a PD rat model comprising bilateral substantia nigra destruction by 6-hydroxydopamine (6-OHDA rats) exhibits gastroparesis with alteration of neural nitric oxide synthase (nNOS) and acetylcholine in gastric corpus. However, changes in pyloric motility in the 6-OHDA rats have not been characterized. Solid gastric emptying test, immunofluorescence, Western blot, and in vitro pyloric motility recordings were used to assess pyloric motor function in the 6-OHDA rats. The 6-OHDA-treated rats displayed delayed solid gastric emptying and a lower basal pyloric motility index. In the 6-OHDA rats, high K(+)-induced transient contractions were weaker in pyloric sphincters. Electric field stimulation (EFS)-induced pyloric sphincter relaxation was lower in the 6-OHDA rats. N(G)-nitro-l-arginine methyl ester (l-NAME), a nonselective inhibitor of NOS, markedly inhibited the EFS-induced relaxation in both control and 6-OHDA rats. Pretreatment of tetrodotoxin abolished the effect of EFS on the pyloric motility. In addition, nNOS-positive neurons were extensively distributed in the pyloric myenteric plexus, whereas the number of nNOS-immunoreactive neurons and the protein expression of nNOS were significantly decreased in the pyloric muscularis of 6-OHDA rats. However, sodium nitroprusside-induced pyloric relaxations were similar between the control and 6-OHDA rats. These results indicate that the pyloric sphincters of 6-OHDA rats exhibit both weakened contraction and relaxation. The latter may be due to reduced nNOS in the pyloric myenteric plexus. The dysfunction of the pyloric sphincter might be involved in the delayed gastric emptying.NEW & NOTEWORTHY Reduced nitrergic neurons in pyloric myenteric plexus potently contributed to the attenuated relaxation in 6-hydroxydopamine (6-OHDA) rats, subsequently affecting gastric emptying. SNP could well improve the relaxation of pylori in 6-OHDA rats. The present study provides new insight into the diagnosis and treatment of delayed gastric emptying in patients with PD.

In this study, an optimal method used to extract Annona squamosa pericarp oil (ASPO) was established according to the response surface model. The yield of ASPO was 1.45%. 8 fatty acids were identified from ASPO by GC-MS. Among them, (9Z)-9-Octadecenoic acid was abundant and accounted for 49.65%. The anti-hepatoma activities of ASPO were investigated against SMMC-7721 cell line in vitro and H(22) cell line in vivo. Proteins associated with apoptosis in tumour tissue were quantified by western blot assay. The result revealed that ASPO had significant anti-hepatoma activities with IC(50) value of 15.96 μg/mL in vitro and tumour inhibition rate of 54.14% at 50 mg/kg dose in vivo. Protein analysis showed that ASPO activated apoptosis by down-regulating Bcl-2, up-regulating Bax, cleaving caspase 9, cleaving caspase 8 and cleaving caspase 3 proteins. The possible mechanisms of apoptosis induced by ASPO were related to Fas/FasL/caspase-8/caspase-3 and Bcl-2/bax/caspase-9/caspase-3 pathways.

The roots of Melastoma malabathricum subsp. normale (D. Don) Karst. Mey have been used in traditional ethnic medicine systems in China to treat inflammation-triggered ailments, such as trauma, toothache, and fever. Therefore, the aim of this study is to screen for compounds with anti-inflammatory activity in the title plant. The extract of M. malabathricum subsp. normale roots was separated using various chromatographic methods, such as silica gel, ODS C18, MCI gel, and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography, as well as semi-preparative HPLC. One new complex tannin, named whiskey tannin D (1), and an undescribed tetracyclic depsidone derivative, named guanxidone B (2), along with nine known polyphenols (2-10) and three known depsidone derivatives (12-14) were obtained from this plant. The structures of all compounds were elucidated by extensive NMR and CD experiments in conjunction with HR-ESI-MS data. All these compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time. Moreover, compounds 1-4, 8, and 10-14 were obtained for the first time from the genus Melastoma, and compounds 1, 2, and 11-14 have not been reported from the family Melastomataceae. This is the first report of complex tannin and depsidone derivatives from M. malabathricum subsp. normale, indicating their chemotaxonomic significance to this plant. Compounds 1-12 were investigated for their anti-inflammatory activities on the production of the nitric oxide (NO) in lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-stimulated RAW264.7 cells, and compounds 1, 11, and 12 showed anti-inflammatory activities with IC50 values of 6.46 +/- 0.23 mu M, 8.02 +/- 0.35 mu M, and 9.82 +/- 0.43 mu M, respectively. The structure-activity relationship showed that the catechin at glucose C-1 in ellagitannin was the key to its anti-inflammatory activity, while CH3O- at C-16 of aromatic ring A in depsidone derivatives had little effect on its anti-inflammatory activity. The study of structure-activity relationships is helpful to quickly discover new anti-inflammatory drugs. The successful isolation and structure identification of these compounds, especially complex tannin 1, not only provide materials for the screening of anti-inflammatory compounds, but also provide a basis for the study of chemical taxonomy of the genus Melastoma.

Neighborhood systems and their rough sets have robustness and adaptability, and relevant neighborhood information measures underlie uncertainty analysis and intelligent processing. The classical conditional neighborhood entropy becomes fundamental and representative for dependency measurement, but it has three limitations: interaction incompleteness, hierarchy lack, and inconclusive monotonicity/non-monotonicity. This paper aims to improve the conditional neighborhood entropy, and thus we establish three-way neighborhood entropies based on three-level granular structures. At first, three-level granular structures are proposed for neighborhood decision systems, and the conditional neighborhood entropy is improved to hierarchical conditional neighborhood entropies, mainly by information enrichment and hierarchical decomposition. According to simulation extension, three-way neighborhood entropies are then hierarchically constructed by logarithmic information function on three-way probabilities, and they acquire systematicness equations, monotonicity/non-monotonicity mechanisms, and integration algorithms. Finally, all concerned neighborhood information measures and their calculations, relationships, properties are effectively verified by both decision table examples and data set experiments. Three-way neighborhood entropies adhere to three levels and three modes to realize criss-cross informatization for neighborhood decision systems, and they achieve four improvement merits regarding accuracy, hierarchy, systematicness, and monotonicity. This study facilitates uncertainty measurement, information processing, and knowledge discovery.

To enhance the consistency verification ability of data transmission in Petri net, a consistency verification method based on fuzzy c-means and spectral feature extraction was proposed. The invention adopts a fuzzy neural network clustering Petri net data transmission channel model design, test method of Petri nets jamming signal to extract the training data set of attributes in reduction and extraction to influence the decision attribute set classification of condition attribute values, form a Petri net jamming signal extraction and selection model, and to filter the interference of symbol sequence. The matching filter and fuzzy information clustering detection method are combined to realize the Petri net data transmission channel equalization. The false alarm rate of the proposed method is 30%, and the reconstruction accuracy is above 80%. The proposed method has strong channel balance and adaptability, which can improve the accuracy comparison of redundant data reorganization and enhance the data output quality of Petri net.

First, this study is the first to investigate the SNPs of FecB gene in mutton from Xilingol indigenous sheep breeds. Second, in order to develop an efficient high‐throughput technique for identification of the mutations in the FecB gene in mutton, a novel TaqMan real‐time PCR technique was designed inferred from breed‐conservative primers and SNP‐specific probes. Abstract The muscle from Xilingol indigenous sheep breeds are famous in China, and the FecB genotype in this population remains uncharacterized. In this study, SNPs in the FecB locus were investigated by pyrosequencing, and an optimized PCR‐RFLP technique was generated to identify SNPs. In addition, an efficient technique for high‐throughput identification of SNPs in FecB was optimized using TaqMan real‐time PCR and breed‐conservative primers and SNP‐specific probes. By genotyping the FecB locus in the muscle of Xilingol indigenous sheep breeds using a novel TaqMan real‐time PCR assay, our study has generated the groundwork for the authentication of Xilingol mutton based on the specific gene and the prolificacy‐oriented breeding of Xilingol sheep using marker‐assisted selection strategies in the future.

摘要:
The horizontal tube spray falling film evaporator is an efficient evaporation equipment, which has the advantages of good heat exchange effect, small equipment volume and low cost. In this paper, R245fa is used as the working fluid to build a heat transfer test platform for the horizontal pipe spray falling film evaporator of the Organic Rankine Cycle(ORC) power generation system. The effect of factors such as the spray density of the organic working fluid, the initial temperature of the geothermal water and the flow on the heat transfer coefficient outside the tube is studied. The experimental results show that with the increase of the spray density of the organic working fluid, the initial temperature of the geothermal water, and the flow of the geothermal water, the heat transfer coefficient first increases and then decreases. In order to effectively use the waste heat of ship flue gas and cooling water, in this paper, the organic Rankine-vapor compression refrigeration system is used for air conditioning for ships, and the thermodynamic model of the system is established. The system performance corresponding to the five commonly used working fluids R22, R141b, R236ea, R218 and R601 is analyzed and compared. The working fluid is optimized with the goal of the best system performance. Calculations proves that: regardless of the organic Rankine cycle and vapor compression refrigeration cycle, or for the entire system, R601 is the most suitable working fluid. The temperature of the heat source and the condensing temperature have an important effect on the performance of the system. The hot water temperature can be controlled and adjusted by changing the hot water flow rate, thereby optimizing system performance. At the same time, the determination of the condensing temperature should comprehensively consider the system performance, cooling water pump power, heat exchanger area and system investment to achieve the best overall system performance.
